Field Sales Quality Assurance Agent
Name and description of hiring department:
Residential Services are currently seeking an experienced specialist in training support and quality assurance to support the training process associated with launches of new offers, services and rates. The successful candidate will provide support to the sales channel in the field to ensure business compliance.
Job duties/accountabilities:
The successful candidate will have the following duties and accountabilities:
Provide support to existing employees on various topics (i.e. how to present offers, price changes, new products, etc.).
Provide ongoing support to the sales department in the field.
Visit the kiosks regularly.
Ensure business compliance (i.e. binder containing up-to-date collaterals, having one’s Bell ID card on one’s person at all times, complying with schedules, kiosk in good order, etc.).
Recommend and implement long-term solutions to improve the overall performance of the distribution channel.
Carry out in-depth research and analysis using various methods such as exploring data, listening to calls and verifying compliance with processes.
Respond to ad hoc requests, as needed.

Working conditions:
The successful candidate must be flexible about working hours and ready to spend the time needed to provide excellent service to our customers. He/she must also have a car and a valid driver’s license.
