Faculty Meeting Order, Day 1
All pre-freshmen and freshmen who are participating in the Ben Franklin Math Tournament should meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 334.
The Creative Writing Club will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 210.
Biotechnology Club will meet today in Room 317 during the first lunch for a yearbook club photo. Bring your lab coat.
Mu Alpha Theta members participating in the Ben Franklin Math Tournament this Saturday should attend practice this Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during the second half of lunch in Room 332.
The Blue Jay newspaper will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 210 to plan for the Silver Scribe competition at Loyola University. Any interested students, including those in the Media Club and Yearbook staff, are invited to participate in the annual high school journalism competition. For more information, see Mr. Mahne.
The Cricket Club will meet tomorrow during the second half of lunch in Room 222. Dues will be collected at the meeting.
All students interested in going on the March for Life must turn in their money and forms by Friday.
The varsity football team will host Franklinton on Friday night with kickoff set for 7:00 at Tad Gormley. Pre-sale tickets are $6 for adults and students and $3 for children (ages 6-11). Pre-sale tickets will be on sale at the switchboard today through Friday from 8:00 a.m-4:00 p.m. and in the Student Commons on Friday during lunch. All tickets purchased at the gate are $8 each. Please note that student IDs will not be accepted at the gate for this non-district contest.
The 9th grade football team will face De La Salle this afternoon starting at 5:00 at Jefferson Playground.
Halloween Movie Night will take place next Monday from 6-9 in the Auditorium. Movies include Toy Story of Terror & lights out. Admission is free & students may bring friends from other schools. See the posted flyers or the website for more details.
An admission representative from Fordham University will be available during lunch today in Room 122.
