An afternoon of indulgence, empowerment and networking for professional women on November 5, 2016
Digital non-profit Jersey City Girl will present its 3rd SheParty event on November 5, 2016. A chic afternoon to indulge, empower and network for the modern woman, this seasonal event will take place at a private lounge in downtown Jersey City.
Designed by women for women, SheParty provides a unique experience for savvy, ambitious women to network, mingle and unwind, while nurturing and empowering themselves inside and out. Each SheParty event features a unique seasonal theme and educational presentations by local women entrepreneurs catering to women, giving attendees a unique opportunity to experience in-person a variety of services and resources for personal and professional success under one roof.
Organizers of this event are Nadia Kanwal, Founder of Jersey City Girl and Etailer of handcrafted jewelry (naadz.com), and Vicki Aubin, Career Reinvention Consultant (therockincareercoach.com). Friends for several years and fellow small business owners, Kanwal and Aubin recognized an opportunity in their surrounding community to bring women together to inspire and empower their success in all areas of their lives. Thus SheParty was born.
The November 5th event will feature presentations and one-on-one consultations with local personal finance, holistic nutrition and career development specialists, including Papillon Financial (papillonfinancial.com) and Celebritay (celebritay.com), as well as complimentary hors d’oeuvres and beverages. The event will also feature an exclusive NAADZ trunk show, plus a winter clothing drive to benefit Hope House, a Jersey City women and children’s shelter.
SheParty is hosted in collaboration with Jersey City Girl. With a focus on local lifestyle news & events dedicated to everything surrounding the Hudson Waterfront, Jersey City Girl’s mission is to bring residents of Jersey City together to live, learn and grow personally and professionally while celebrating the burgeoning explosion of culture and innovation in their city.
