Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 oz spinach
2 cups milk
1 cup Smoke & Dagger
7-8 ounces pasta
6 ounces smoked gouda
3 ounces sharp cheddar
Instructions:
Melt butter and garlic over medium-high heat for two minutes
Add spinach and stir until it is wilted
Pour in milk and beer, bringing to a gentle bubble on medium-low heat
Add pasta, stir in, and cook for ten minutes, then add a lid
Cook another ten minutes, removing the lid and stirring periodically
Once pasta is cooked and most liquid has cooked down, add in cheeses
Stir until all grated cheese has melted in
Serve and enjoy with another beer!
