On April 1,2024, International Office (IO) UNPAR conducted our second international student meet up. This time, the event’s name is ‘Egg Hunt and Sunset Feast Fiesta’. Just like the name suggests, we conducted an egg scavenger hunt around UNPAR with the closing event being Breaking fast together.
Like before, we invited all of our international students to join our eggtastic event. The starting point for this event was the Rectorate Building lobby. After everyone had gathered, we went to our next venue, the PPAG 1A Floor. There, the students were tasked with searching for eggs in the area.
After they searched every nook and cranny of the PPAG 1A Floor and found all 25 eggs, we gave them clues in the form of puzzles to find out where to go next. The students raced towards the next venue, which was Taman FISIP UNPAR. There, they were given challenges to get their Easter Baskets.
The next post was at the PPAG 2 3rd Floor. There, they would be trying to get markers. At this third post, they have to pass five challenges, such as the whisper challenge, trivia, Sucro challenge, and heads up challenge to get all five markers.
To go to the next post, they need to solve an anagram, which after they solved it, spelled as International Office. All three groups raced to go to the International Office where they’re met with their last challenge before they went to the last post. This time, they were tasked with finding the ‘Easter Bunny’ that is hiding among the IO Staff.
To find the ‘Easter Bunny’, they have to search for clues at the International Office. If they succeed, they will get an invitation by the ‘Easter Bunny’ to his Breaking Fast Feast.
The last post was at the Operation Room on the 4th Floor of the Rectorate Building. There, they have to decorate their eggs and put them in their baskets. After that, they need to send one representative from their groups to do an egg race with their baskets.
At the end, we announced the winners of the Easter egg hunt and with a speech from our Director, Mr. Reinard, we ended our eggmazing day by Breaking Fast with our international students and the IO Staff.
