Barcelona has wonderful places to offer to the world- places that only architecture and fashion wonderers have time and imagination to discover. On a sunny October afternoon Mi.Magazine met Anna Ponsa Lopez in one of her favorite venues in Barcelona: The Jaime Beriestain Concept Store.

Everyone who visited Barcelona knows that the city is designed and build by legendary architects and so interior design is part of every local’s life-philosophy. Every building, area and shop in Barcelona tells a story. The tone of Jaime Beriestain’s story is contemporary and decadent, lavished with hautè cuisine, low, spacious sofa-chairs, serious grey tones mixed with a glimmer of joyful Mediterranean tints. The interview took place at the Oasis of the restaurant turned interior design shop, hiding at the back of everything- a hub adorned in vivid yellows and an flora explosion.

The architecture student and fashion blogger Anna appeared with two giant shopping bags- not in the normal glamorous state you’d imagine bloggers are when browsing their aspirational instagram photos- filled with clothes to return to various Barcelona show rooms. But Anna is not like any other blogger, which is why brands love to collaborate with her- she is one of a kind, www.missnobody.net, as her blog is called, she envisions fashion as unpretentious; a statement of one’s own identity, that she meticulously curates and shares with her followers. It is no wonder that brands and the world most known and respected publications like Vogue collaborate with Anna- she is a living encyclopedia of quality emerging brands, quirky urban establishments and creative contacts.

“If I there is a building or location I want to see, it doesn’t matter if it’s at the end of the world I will find my way to go and see it.” With such attitude Anna always finds and losses herself the best places in each city that she visits.

And who takes the amazing pictures for her blog and instagram? “Everyone!” she says “If you think that I have a photographer following around, that’s a mistake. I never hired a photographer in my life! I ask random people on the street to take photos of me and that is how I met the marketing director of Disneyland-when I visited the amusement park for a collaboration. Sometimes I take the photos myself with a tripod or sometimes my father takes photos of me”.
