Survey Reminder

Hi backers,

Just a friendly reminder to ask you to fill out your survey so we can get you confirmed and into the shipping queue.  Thanks to you, the survey has had several bugs identified and fixed. It's still in BETA testing, but we'll be using the data we pull from it to get you your perks ASAP.

The deadline for submitting your survey is April 15th. At 11:59 that evening, write access will be withdrawn, so you don't have very much more time.

Here's what we're asking you to do.

Step 1 - Visit http://bit.ly/lhlabssurvey

Step 2 - Log in to our website using the Log In or Register buttons at the top of the page.

Step 3 - Once you're logged in, it will ask you to input the email address you use on your Indiegogo account.  We've added this step because almost 30% of our Force members use an email address that's different than the one they use on Indiegogo.com

Step 4 - Verify your email address.  To prevent others from hacking your survey, we require you to prove you own the email address.  Just go to your inbox and look for an email from "LHLABS" with the subject "Activation/Survey."  Click on the link in that email.

Step 5 - Now you should be on a page that has two forms.  The first form should be familiar: it asks you to enter your Indiegogo email address.  If you've only used one Indiegogo account, you can ignore this form.  If you have multiple Indiegogo email addresses, you can use this form to enter them.

The second form asks you to select an email address to enter the survey.  If you have multiple IGG email addresses, there will be separate surveys.  So just select which email address you want to use to enter the survey and click Submit.

Step 6 - Now you'll see all of the contributions you've made to our campaigns.  What we need you to do is confirm all the contributions, and then select which product or products you're expecting to get in return for those contributions and any upgrades that apply.  It seems a little redundant, but because of all of the different configurations, and all of the different ways to get them, that's what we need you to do.

Note that any communication you've had with our Customer Happiness team is shown in the notes section.  Any products that have been shipped will show a tracking number.  Any products that have been confirmed by our CH team and sent to our shipping team will be marked as "Perk Confirmed for Shipping."
