Couple of updates:
Android App Installation issues:
We have received mails from backers that some of the phones which are running Android 4.4.2 were unable to install from the playstore. We will take this up and diagnose the problem. Mean time, please find the Android App APK at this link available for download: http://goo.gl/eJMWq5
Backer Portal Issues:
Secondly, the backer portal most issues are fixed and many of you were able to use it and confirm the address. However, there are cases who are unable to access can send email to support@geckotag.me
Issues we have seen are:
1. Those who have not used same email ID for multiple pledges, do not see the all the pledges in one log-in.
2. Those who have email ID with '+' or '_'(underscore) also are facing problem to log in - we are fixing this issue.
3. Those who have paid shipping, but the system is not updated with that information, are seeing the comment that they need to pay shipping - we are fixing this by updating the system.
4. Those who have pledged a lumsum amount of US$50 or something like that and did not chose the perk when the pledged, they need to get in touch with us and give us the break up the pledge amount. In some cases, where the numbers are clear, we are doing it ourselves, in some cases, the combinations are more than one, we need the backers to confirm.
