These past few days, I have been swamped with so many lesson commentaries submitted by Silent Defenders who turns out to be Ministers who are still actively officiating worship services inside the INC. I just got held back when the most important man on earth approved the strategy of the Sanggunian Ministers to order minion Ministers to report my post in WordPress.com and Facebook.com for the sole purpose of shutting down my page. My posts regarding their “mind conditioning” worship service lessons must have hit a nerve for them to even bother exhausting every effort they can to pull down the lessons.
What are they actually afraid of? These worship service lessons are even converted into Pasugo – God’s Message Magazine articles for public consumption, yet when their “Script” was exposed to reveal exactly how the OWEE Ministers have become “Verbatim Actors” during worship services, they become ballistic with a tantrum, sort of threatening that they will expel WordPress and Facebook if they do not take down my posts.
But allow me to expound clearly on what is exactly happening here? Is the Church Administration attacking me for copyright infringement because their rights have been severely trampled on OR…. are they merely using the legal technicalities to subvert our freedom to information and freedom of speech and expression? I think it is about time the Church Administration come clean here and stop playing the role of the helpless victim that they would like to portray. They are crying out copyright infringement violations when in fact they are only using these technicalities to force censorship on social media portals like WordPress.com and Facebook.com and all other avenues for information. Now we can clearly see who the real tyrannical oppressors of our freedom of expression and basic liberties are. Ironically, it is the church who want to suppress the access of information so that they can continue to feed the minds of the innocent brethren with lies and more lies to cover up the truth. This time, they had an AHA moment, when they stumbled upon using copyright infringement to stop me from exposing to the public exactly how they are using the worship service lessons to condition the minds of the brethren on three things: 1) COMPLETE SUBMISSION TO THE EXECUTIVE MINISTER 2) GIVE MORE MONETARY OFFERINGS 3) GIVE MORE MONETARY OFFERINGS!

So the next question is… Are the worship service lessons copyrighted? You can ask your friendly next door neighborhood Resident Minister or District Minister. The answer is No. But I think after this article, they will seriously consider having all the worship service lessons copyrighted. So allow me to give the INC Legal Department some pointers on how they can go about it.
Step 1 – Write down the content of your sermon, or make an audio recording. Copyright law in the United States protects your sermon as soon as it is recorded in writing or in audio format. Registration of your sermon is not necessary; however, you may choose to register your work with the U.S. Copyright Office for added security.
Step 2- File for copyright protection for your sermon by completing form TX for written format, or form SR for audio format. The Copyright Office can supply you with the appropriate form. You can mail the completed form, along with a hard copy of your sermon, to the Copyright Office.
Step 3- Complete an electronic registration form on the Copyright Office’s website. This gives you the advantage of paying lower fees while still protecting your sermon from infringement. You can submit the electronic registration form online, along with a digital audio or word processing file containing your sermon.
Step 4- Complete form CO, which is available on the Copyright Office’s website. You can fill in the information on the form online, and then print the form and mail it to the Copyright Office with a hard copy of your sermon.
Step 5- Include the appropriate filing fee with your copyright registration application. The Copyright Office maintains a schedule of fees, which vary depending on the application format you choose.

I don’t think the Church Administration will mind the additional weekly fees for the copyright registration application for every worship service lesson since it will be the poor innocent brethren who will carry this burden or they can always sell some INC property here and there just to cover the cost. Unfortunately, doing this will only bring more logistical problems than solutions to the currently embattled Church Administration.
So when the Church Administration do decide to make this juvenile yet bold move to copyright every worship service lessons, how then can we continue to expose the truth behind these lessons? It’s a good thing that other people have already gone through this ordeal of being suppressed and oppressed, paving the way to develop the Fair Use Doctrine as defined by Stanford University as:

In its most general sense, a fair use is any copying of copyrighted material done for a limited and “transformative” purpose, such as to comment upon, criticize, or parody a copyrighted work. Such uses can be done without permission from the copyright owner. In other words, fair use is a defense against a claim of copyright infringement. What this basically means is that we can publish any copyrighted material (although the lessons are not even copyrighted, but supposing that they do have them copyrighted) to comment upon, criticize or parody a copyrighted work. It will not be considered illegal at all. But rest assured that the Church Administration will employ the best and most expensive lawyers that (the brethren’s) money can buy and they will find a way to print 1,254 objections and charges against ONE… the ONE THING that we have, and that is THE TRUTH.
Now since we are still in the spirit of the-boy-who-cried-wolf by using copyright infringement violation as a means to herald the Church Administration’s dignity, allow me to ask a simple question… Does the Church Administration practice what it preaches or do they just practice the “DOUBLE STANDARDS” doctrine? Why do I ask this? Simple, it’s because they are so arrogant in their accusation of copyright infringement and yet… what can they say about these COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT PERPETRATED BY THE CHURCH ADMINISTRATION ITSELF:

The Vantage Teamwear logo miraculously became the Spiritual Warriors’ logo. We wrote the company regarding this copyright infringement and we were informed that their Legal Group will be investigating this and appropriate legal actions will be done. Uh-oh, Bro. TJ Orosa, I suggest you fly to Japan again and hide there for a few months until you can pay off or threaten everybody just to be silent. But wait! If you call now, you might just win an Innova with this latest copyright infringement committed by the newest organization inside the church, The Mandirigma (Spiritual Warriors):
Wow! Their originality is just getting more and more pathetic as the days go by. How come the Church Administration is so silent regarding copyright infringement when they are the ones committing the crime? One word. HYPOCRITES!
I just hope that their new cartoonish logo is an original artwork. But there’s something very disturbing about this image! It portrays a character who is ready to strike and kill anyone who would stand in his way. This is very much the same with the OWEE Culture when fanaticism allows them to think that they have the divine duty from God to persecute, oppress and even KILL anyone whom they consider as their enemy.

And because the Mandirigma Organization was reprimanded by Bro. Bienvenido Santiago for acting hastily on matters that are supposed to be vetted by his office, he released the official logo for the Mandirigma Ministers. I present to you the logo of the Iglesia Ni Cristo’s Officially Unofficial church organization called Spiritual Warriors (Mandirigma).
So in closing, I would just like to reiterate that the TRUTH will always be the TRUTH no matter what. No matter how they hide it. No matter how they discredit it. No matter how they suppress it. The TRUTH will be revealed one way or the other. If the current Church Administrator does not have anything to hide, then what are they afraid of? Why censor the social media portals where these worship service lessons are posted for comments? If you are really upholding the truth then why not post the worship service lessons in your own websites for everyone to see, learn, comment and criticize? Or are you afraid of doing that because you will soon learn that more and more brethren are no longer deceived by your mind conditioning?
I only hope that the day will come when all the TRUE MINISTERS will once again have the courage to stand up for the TRUTH and not be afraid of any material loss or fear of persecution that hinder them from making the right stand. Ministers should not be like ROBOTS who will just serve as “motorized mouth-pieces” expected to read the Teacher’s guide down to the letter. If they choose to remain that way then they can skip the 5 year course in the Ministry and just enroll in the OWEE Crash Course on Modern Ministry which is basically script-reading seminars and Pulpit Dramatics (Basic: Shout Preaching; Advance: Howling Prayer). The Ministers nowadays in the OWE Era are reduced to the mindless readers and howlers, and not the spiritually driven and guided men of God during the time when the Church Administration was still pristine and unblemished.
I strongly suggest to the current Church Administration to stop their band-aid solutions to the serious and pressing real-life problems of the church today.
And one more copyright infringement, we just heard that a major company is planning to file charges for unauthorized use of their logo…
