For quite a long time now, we have been waiting patiently for the Church Administration to face all the serious controversies currently plaguing the church instead of diverting the issues and covering the truth with lies and more lies. When will it all stop? When will they stop using the sacred ministry to suppress and oppress the brethren and desecrate Christ’s body?
If we will not stand up, WHO WILL? Certainly not the non-members and the non-believers. If we will NOT stand up NOW, then WHEN WILL WE STAND UP? If everybody will all say “maybe NEXT TIME brother” then nobody will actually make the first STAND FOR THE TRUTH, because every one will just “wait” for the most “convenient” and the most “opportune” time. Unfortunately, this is no longer the time to be fearful or afraid. God favors the courageous and all those who are faithful to Him despite the risks of persecution from the church leaders, persecution from your very own family and friends, loss of material wealth and possessions, and all other worries in life.
In the most difficult challenges and in the most trying times, God will inspire His CHOSEN ONES to rise up and make a ground-breaking STAND for the Truth and for what is right. God will rid us of the worldly fear and replace it with GODLY FEAR. Defenders will rise from all walks of life and from different place wherever God chooses… may we all be CHOSEN TO FIGHT A GOOD FIGHT OF OUR FAITH, IN THE SIDE OF GOD’S RIGHTEOUSNESS.
Think about all the FEARS that you have RIGHT NOW that is hindering you from making a STAND… Think about all the HESITATIONS AND CONSIDERATIONS that you have that is hindering you from coming out from being “SILENT”…

DECLARATION OF LOYALTY TO GOD
Date: April 30, 2016
To the Locale Leadership:
It is with a combination of sadness and relief that I write to you to let you know that I have decided to FIRMLY STAND UP FOR WHAT I BELIEVE IS RIGHT NO MATTER WHAT THE CONSEQUENCES MAY BE, not for lack of faith, but because of our firm resolve that it is more important for us to offer our loyalty to our Lord God and to His commandments rather than be blind followers of a church administration that is no longer following the true gospel.
I didn’t come to this decision lightly. I’ve agonized for almost a year as I waited in silence. I’ve stayed in the sidelines, just observing, hoping and praying that the next day will be the day when all the issues that grip the Church will be resolved. That soon, the Holy Spirit would once again grace our worship services. That soon, the focus of our faith would shift away from absolute submission, obligatory special, special offerings and gift-induced propagation, to the more traditional theme of love, compassion, kindness and humility towards one another.
For some time now, I’ve held devotional prayers as I longed for the Church that used to be, the Church I grew to love and respect, the Church that taught us to love our family, honor our father and mother, to be pure at heart, and remain untouched by the wickedness of this world.
In vain, I searched for a trace of the Church of old in the Church of the present. I waited very patiently for the Church Administration to face up to the many problems that continue to pile at his doorstep, problems that he alone can solve, if only he were gifted with the humility and compassionate demeanor of his predecessors. Instead, the Church continues to be dragged through the mud as internal family conflict reaches the judicial court where brothers and sister have sued one another. In the meantime, in social media, our once respectable ministers witlessly try to outdo each other in condemning the Executive Minister’s mother, ironically, to score points with her son. Does the Church Administration realize how much this hurts us? We were counting on him to be our model in upholding Christian family values. Yet he treats his own family worse than we’ve ever treated our worst enemies.
Allegations of corruption continue to plague the Church, unaddressed and unresolved that it has tainted everyone from the Executive Minister himself to the Sanggunian to district ministers and on down to the locale ministers. Thanks to corrupt and shameless ministers, the Church, which non-members used to look at with admiration, is now the object of ridicule and contempt. “Pera pera lang lahat yan”, they now say… And yet, under this Administration, no investigation was ever done and no minister who was accused of corruption was ever suspended to ensure the integrity of the Church Administration. Instead, brethren who report the corruption wind up expelled, harassed and defamed.
The underhandedness of the current Administration has not escaped our notice either. With the help of the Sanggunian, the Church Administration has successfully transformed God’s nation from a religious organisation into a Mafia, ordering the kidnapping and illegal detention of ministers they want to silence. They act as though they’re above the law, with no regard for basic human rights, as they harass, threaten and coerce, and even use the police force in carrying out their illegal activities. During election, they sell our votes, and indirectly, the sanctity of our doctrine on unity, in exchange for favors and personal material gain. They brazenly meddle in politics but when an incident happens where they feel they’ve lost control, they take that control back by asking members to take to the streets to clamor for “separation of Church and State”, exposing their hypocrisy to the public even more. And we, by virtue of our membership in the Church and our loyalty to the Executive Minister, are made to bear the shame and humiliation for their actions and decisions.
Our Church leaders today behave more like amateur entrepreneurs than shepherds of the flock, just like buying up a ghost town in Scenic South Dakota, expecting to turn a profit from a rumoured pipeline infrastructure project that didn’t materialize. In the meantime, all credits go to the Church Administration for building a very extravagant, world-class, one-of-a-kind, largest domed arena right smack dab in the middle of nowhere where it now stands unused, with no revenue coming in while the Church coffers are burdened with its maintenance. Now contrast this magnificent structure with the houses of worship the size of a postage stamp which they offer for God’s glory. Where they got the funds to build that arena, one can only wonder, but the current Administration has sold chapels, Church buildings and land — to what purpose, it was never disclosed. Whereas the focus of our previous Leaders was to care for the brethren, the current Administration has instead embarked on commerce and the insatiable thirst for profit. Through UNLAD, its manufacturing arm, the Church continues to churn up all kinds of products, capitalizing on whatever happens to be the latest craze, be it a thumb mark, movie, or centennial. Further deepening our commercial footprint, Phase 2 of the Ciudad de Victoria project has been scoped to include a hotel and other commercial businesses. Is this still for the glory of God or have they lost track of the true value of their Ministry and the sacred oath to God that they are will to sacrifice everything for the sake of the flock and not for their own.
More recently, we saw proof of a huge mansion inside Central, and as if that’s not big enough, there is ongoing construction to further expand it. While that is going on, some of our chapels especially those that have seen better days, are crying out for attention. Some locales don’t even have a house of worship to call their own and some could no longer afford to rent halls. And then we hear and read news of bank loans, an airbus that flies our Church leaders around the world, exorbitant hotel bills and extravagant shopping sprees while officers and lay brethren are pressured into giving special, special offerings with greater frequency and eardrum-shattering emphasis.
Whether knowingly or not, the present Church Administration has led the Church down this path of ruin. This is why with careful deliberation, I have chosen to do what is right, to serve God and not man and to speak the truth no matter what the cost. I pray that one day, the Executive Minister would realize his mistakes and bring the Church back to where it needs to be. Either that, or step down and let someone else more capable and truly elected by God take the reins, heal His nation, restore its purity that it may be presented unblemished and glorious before the Lord. The choice is his. Regardless, I shall wait for that day and at the proper time, I shall assist in its restoration.
I ask, with all humility, that I and my family be left alone at this time. Please respect our choice and our privacy. Harassing us to go back will not do anyone any good because nothing anyone can do or say can make us change our mind. We will continue to pray for Bro. Eduardo V. Manalo and all the ministers and brethren all over the world, that they may be enlightened and that love once again flow into their hearts as God intended it to be.
This is my firm STAND on the side of the truth and my unwavering LOYALTY to our Lord God.

Ito po ay bunsod ng aking matatag na pananampalataya na mas nararapat kong pahalagahan ang aking katapatan sa Diyos at sa Kaniyang kautusan, sa halip na ako ay maging bulag na tagasunod sa isang Pamamahala na hindi na nakaayon sa dalisay na ebanghelyo.
Ang kapasihayan ko pong ito ay matagal at maingat ko pong pinag-isipan. Matagal po akong naghintay at inasam na magkakaroon ng pagbabago at kaayusan sa mga kaguluhang nagaganap sa loob ng Iglesia. Umasa po ako na muling manunumbalik ang biyaya at kapangyarihan sa mga pagsamba, na ang mga pagtuturo ay ukol sa pag-iibigan, kabutihan at kababaang-loob, sa halip na lagi na lang puspusang pagpapasakop, sapilitang paghahandog, tanging-tanging handugan at sapilitang pagmimisyon sa pamamaraang hindi na ayon sa salita ng Diyos kundi ayon sa pangangailangang material.
Matagal ko pong ipinagpanata na manumbalik na sana ang Iglesia sa ngayon sa Iglesiang aking kinagisnan at iginalang, ang Iglesiang nagturo po sa atin ng pagmamahalan ng sambahayan, ng paggalang at pagsunod sa magulang, ang magtaglay ng dalisay na puso, at manatiling matatag at malayo sa tukso at kasalanan.
Labis po akong nabigo sa aking pag-asang matagpuang muli ang tunay na Iglesia sa kasalukuyang namamahala. Matagal po akong naghintay na harapin ng namamahala ang mga kaguluhang nagaganap ngayon sa Iglesia, na sanay kaniyang mabigyan ng lunas, kung sana man lang ay naging mababang-loob siya at naging mapagmalasakit katulad ng mga tagapamahalang nauna sa kaniya. Sa halip ay lumala pa ang mga kaganapan, hanggang sa umabot pa na makaladkad ang pangalan ng Iglesia sa mga kasong isinampa sa hukuman ng tao. Maging ang mga ministro ay nagpapaligsahan sa social media, sa pagtakwil at pang-uupat sa naiwang sambahayan ng Ka Erano, maging ang balo ng Kapatid ng Erano, ang Ka Tenny, ina ng ating kasalukuyang Pamamahala. Hindi ba napagtanto ng namamahala na lubhang nasasaktan ang mga kapatid sa ginagawa niyang ito? Inaasahan naming siya ang dapat na maging huwaran ng mga kapatid sa pagpapahalaga at pagmamahalan ng sambahayan sa loob ng Iglesia. Sa halip ay ipinakita nya sa Iglesia kung paano niya nilapastangan at inapi ang kaniyang sariling ina at mga kapatid, kalupitang hindi namin kailanman kayang gawin sa aming pinakamasamang kaaway.
Ang laganap at walang humpay na isyu ng katiwalian sa Iglesia, na nadawit na rin maging ang kasalukuyang Tagapamahalang Pangkalahatan, ang Sanggunian, Mga Tagapangasiwa ng Distrito hanggang sa mga destinado sa Lokal, ay hindi nabigyan ng kaukulang pansin upang malunasan. Kaya’t ang Iglesiang dating hinahangaan at iginagalang ay nasadlak sa kahihiyan at panlilibak ng madlang bayan. Ang naging bukambibig tuloy ngayon ng sanlibutan na pahaging sa Iglesia e “Pera-pera lang lahat yan”. Sa lahat ng ito, wala man lang isinagawang pagsisiyasat at walang ministro ang dinisiplina dahil sa mga anomalyang iniulat tungkol sa kanila. Sa halip, ang mga kapatid at ministrong nagmalasakit na mag-ulat ang binalingan ng pagtitiwalag, pangha-harass, pagngingidnap at paninirang-puri.
Hayag na hayag din po ang panlilinlang na ginagawa ng kasalukuyang namamahala. Sa pangunguna ng sanggunian, ang Iglesia ay naging halos isang sindikatong nagsasagawa ng mga bagay na palihim at walang katarungan, tulad ng pagpapadukot at illegal na pagkulong sa mga ministrong nais nilang patahimikin. Gumagawa sila ng mga bagay na para bang hindi sila saklaw ng batas panlupa, walang pakundangan sa karapatang pantao kung sila ay nanggugulo, nagbabanta at namimilit, hanggang pati ang pulisya ay kinakasabwat at kinakasangkapan nila sa mga illegal nilang operasyon. Sa panahon ng halalan ay ipinangangalakal nila ang bloc voting ng Iglesia, kapalit ng mg pabor at pansariling kapakinabangan ng mga liderato ng Iglesia. Walang kahihiyan silang nakikialam sa pulitika, subalit ipinagsisigawan nila ang “Separation of Church and State” at isinusuong ang mga kapatid na mag-rally sa EDSA kapag hindi nila nakukuha sa mga pinuno ng bayan ang gusto nila. Ang dulo po ng ganitong mga pagpapasya at aksyon ay nangapapahiya at napapasubo ang mga kaanib sa Iglesia.
Ang liderato ng Iglesia sa ngayon ay halos parang mga negosyante na mas interesado pang mangangalakal sa halip na magpastol ng tupa. Tulad na lamang ng pagbili ng “ghost town” sa Scenic South Dakota, USA sa paghahangad ng pakinabang sa hindi naman natuloy na paglalatag na pipeline sa nasabing lugar. Habang nagpapakalango sa papuri ang Pamamahala dahil sa pagpapatayo ng pinakamalaking domed arena sa buong mundo, ang Philippine Arena, na sa kasalukuyan ay nakatiwangwang lamang at walang kita subalit patuloy na pabigat sa mga kaanib upang mapanatili na maayos ang arena. Sa kabilang banda, halos lahat ng mga bagong bahay sambahan na kasalukuyang ipinatatayo at inihahandog diumano sa kapurihan ng Diyos ay mistulang bahay ng ibon sa liit. Saan kaya nanggaling talaga ang ipinagpatayo ng Philippine Arena? Bakit kailangang magbenta ang pamamahala ng mga bahay sambahan, gusali at lupain? Kung para saan ito ginamit ay hindi naman inihayag ng Pamamahala.
Kung paanong ang pangunahing adhikain ng mga naunang mga tagapamahala ay ang mapangalagaan at palakasin ang pananampalataya ng mga kaanib, ang naging pangunahing adhikain ng kasalukuyang namamahala ay pangangalakal at walang kabusugang pagpapatubo – mula sa pelikula, thumbmark, o ang sentenaryo. May plano pa silang magpatayo ng hotel at iba’t ibang klase ng negosyo sa Phase 2 ng Ciudad de Victoria Project. Ang mga bagay na ito ba ay ukol pa sa kapurihan ng Ama? Lumalabas na lubusan na nilang tinalikdan ang tunay na kahalagahan ng kanilang kahalalan bilang mga ministro, kung saan nangako sila na kahit buhay ay ibibigay nila alang-alang sa Iglesia.
Makailan lamang ay natuklasan na may malaking mansion sa loob ng Central compound na maihahambing sa mga mansion ng mga “Rich and Famous”. Hindi pa yata nasiyahan sa laki sapagkat patuloy pa rin ang pagdaragdag upang palawakin ang mansion. Bakit ganoon, samantalang napakaraming bahay sambahan ang napapabayaan at hindi naipaaayos. Marami pa ring mga lokal ang walang sariling kapilya, samantalang ang ibang mga lokal sa ibayong dagat ay wala ng pambayad sa rented halls na pinagdadausan ng mga pagsamba. Naglabasan na rin ang mga dokumento na nagpapatunay na marami ang naglalakihang bilyon-bilyon na utang ng Iglesia sa mga bangko, ang maluhong private airbus na ginagamit ng namamahala upang makapaglibot sa mga lokal sa labas ng Pilipinas, ang malaking halaga ng hotel bills at maluhong shopping sprees, habang ang mga kapatid at may tungkulin ay sapilitang pinag-aabuloy, pinagtatanging handugan at lagak, isang bagay na walang humpay na pinagdidiinan sa mga pagsamba, pulong at panata.
Sinadya man o hindi, isinadlak ng kasalukuyang namamahala ang Iglesia a kapariwaraan. Ito ang nagtulak sa akin upang ako ay nagpasiya na gawin ang nararapat – ang paglingkuran at sambahin ang Panginoong Diyos at hindi ang sinomang tao, at ipahayag ang katuwiran anoman ang kasapitan. Aking dalangin na nawa ay magising ang ating namamahala, tanggapin niya ang kaniyang naging pagkukulang at nawa ay maibalik ang Iglesia sa kanyang kalinisan at kaluwalhatian. Kung hindi, sana ay ipaubaya na lamang niya ang pamamahala ng Iglesia sa karapat-dapat na ihahalal ng Diyos na Tagapamahala, upang malinis at maisaayos ang Iglesia, maihanda sa pagsalubog sa pagbalik ng ating Panginoong Hesu Kristo. Nasa namamahala ang pagpapasiya. Kahit alin man dito ang mangyari, patuloy kong hihintayin ang sa araw na yon at nangangako akong magiging kaisa upang maibalik ang Iglesia sa ganap na kaayusan.
Hinihiling namin na igalang nawa ng Pamamahala ang aking pasiya at kapayapaan ng aking sambahayan. Buo ang loob at bukal sa aking puso ang pasiyang ito. Patuloy kong idadalangin ang Kapatid na Eduardo V. Manalo, ang mga ministro at lahat ng kapatid sa buong mundo, na sila man ay maliwanagan upang muling maghari ang pag-ibig sa kanilang puso, ayon sa kalooban ng Ama.
