The Entrepreneurial Student’s Society (TESS) under the kind patronage of Prof. J. P. Sharma, Director, IMS Ghaziabad, organized 2 days workshop on Entrepreneurship, October 6-7, 2016. The workshop was organized with an aim to direct young budding Entrepreneurs to come up with their business idea and look forward to participate in CARPE DIEM 2K16-17, an event organized by IIM Calcutta along with Make Intern as partners. The resource person was Mr. Ankit Narang who himself is an established Entrepreneur and a quintessential professional with immense knowledge in Digital Marketing.
A batch of 30 students from PGDM First and Second year participated enthusiastically in the workshop and finally 5 students were shortlisted by the jury, who will be representing IMS Ghaziabad with their business plan at IIM Calcutta. They stand a chance to win prizes worth Rs. 50,000. Dr. Sunayana Jain, Chairperson, TESS expressed her gratitude to Prof. J. P Sharma, Director, IMS, Dr. Tapan Kumar Nayak, Program Chairperson, PGDM and Ms. Servajaeta Verma, Member, TESS for their immense support and guidance during the conduct of the training.
