California State Senate President Kevin De León, who recently made headlines by announcing that he has relatives in California who are here in violation of U.S. immigration laws, is now pushing legislation hard to make the ENTIRE STATE of California a “Sanctuary State” – i.e. prohibiting state law enforcement agencies in California from cooperating with federal immigration authorities.

Under Obama’s reign, reality took a very ridiculous turn… someone who is an illegal immigrant in America could go from keeping their secret on he downlow to publicly identifying their status with xero consequence. Not only that but they could yell, scream, and demand that Americans bow down to their status because…they have constitutional rights too!? What??

At some anti-Trump protests we even witnessed people with signs that say “undocumented and unafraid”… This is what Obama has allowed to happen. When liberals started seeing he was going to be lax they took that opportunity and went full blown stupid on the entire thing…

Well, now President Trump is in the White House and guess what… they better be scared now. If only they weren’t so rude before…it might be easier on them now, but they have made it a huge deal. This is on them…

Every country enforces their immigration laws…why is it so surprising when America wants to?

Why do dummies like this think it’s ok to break the law?

California Democrat, Kevin de León, recently admitted that half of his family was in the United States illegally and is using false forms of government identification, which can be a felony depending on the state and circumstance.

Yes, really. De Léon, who introduced the bill, made his remarks at a hearing in Sacramento on SB54, the bill to make California a “Sanctuary State.”

His quote: … I can tell you half of my family would be eligible for deportation under [President Donald Trump’s] executive order, because if they got a false Social Security card, if they got a false identification, if they got a false driver’s license prior to us passing AB60, if they got a false green card, and anyone who has family members, you know, who are undocumented knows that almost entirely everybody has secured some sort of false identification. That’s what you need to survive, to work. They are eligible for massive deportation.

How can he get away with this? The crazy lefties in California aren’t going to do anything about it, but publicly outing your family as illegal when Donald Trump just took office is about one of the dumbest things you could do.

We may have half-assed enforcing our immigration laws for the past century, but that’s finally changing. Donald Trump isn’t afraid to name names on his Twitter account, and if he doesn’t watch his back, De Leon could be next.

Law and order. When people can’t be grown-ups about life, and they start to act like hooligans…choosing which laws they want to follow, it turns into chaos. That happens when the leadership does not do their job, and knowing better allow others to think they CAN actually choose what laws to follow as long as it’s in the name of social justice.

De León is pressing the proposal despite opposition from law enforcement leaders and President Donald Trump, and despite strong negative opinions from California residents.

Just last month, 42-year-old Sandra Duran was killed when Estuardo Alvarado, who was fleeing from the scene of a traffic accident in his car when he slammed into Duran’s car in Los Angeles, another so-called “sanctuary city.” Alvarado was charged with murder, vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated.

Alvarado, a Mexican citizen, has never held legal status in the United States. He had been deported back to Mexico five times since 1998, most recently in 2011. He had also reportedly previously pleaded no contest to a different DUI charge, in addition to charges of including resisting arrest and impeding traffic, and multiple citations for drug possession.

While De León’s legislation seems to be popular with many of his liberal colleagues in the California legislature, based on the robust list of co-sponsors, an independent statewide survey of California residents conducted last August by U.C. Berkeley’s Institute for Government Studies shows that “sanctuary city” policies are overwhelmingly opposed by the public.

IGS surveyed 1,098 Californians and found that 74% said that local authorities should not be able to ignore a federal request to hold a detained person who is in the country illegally. Opposition to the policies spanned the political spectrum, with 73 percent of Democrats, 82 percent of Republicans and 71 percent of independent voters disapproving of local governments not cooperating with the federal authorities. The survey also showed that two out of three Latinos surveyed oppose “sanctuary city” policies.

The only way to clean that up is to abide by the law, follow through with issuing the consequences to those that are breaking the law, and one order is established, rebuild.

Pray for our nation and our President…. as often as you can.
