Marc Jacobs O!Mega Lash Volumizing Mascara in Blacquer Review | Full size $26
A lash-expanding, ultra volumizing mascara designed to deliver high-drama lashes.
Get full lashes that make eyes pop with this water-based mascara formula from Marc Jacobs. It incorporates a special size-increasing blend of rice bran, bayberry, carob, and African acacia tree extracts for maximum lash-expanding impact. The essential oils deeply condition lashes, while vitamins B5 and C strengthen and hold them in place for even longer wear. The innovative double brush features an advanced design that’s formed by stitching together two different brushes: one for enhanced lash separation, and another for mega-volume and curl. Together, the full-body mascara formula and dual brush design lengthen, curl, define, and volumize lashes so that they’re longer, louder, and blacquer than ever before.
IcanGWP Review: The average score is 4 (highest in the kit). Reviews are truly split. Some reviewers gave 1 star because it is dried out of the tube but some said it is their favorite mascara. I like the wand, it’s easy to use and it can pick up mascara just enough. The bristles are dense and design to glide through lashes, separating them with ease Plus, it coats lashes with mascara from root to tip evenly. It will not clump, or flake throughout the day.
The name is “Volumizing Mascara” but I think that there is not enough fiber because it doesn’t add enough volume. Three coats and still no volume. This is a must-try, if you’re looking for mascara that quickly builds a fair amount length while defining lashes without clumping in one coat.
Note – I realized that Marc Jacobs mascara is so good as a second or third coat mascara. I usually use
Tarte best in faux extending fibers,
Diorshow Maximizer 3D Triple Volume Plumping Lash Primer,
Lancôme CILS BOOSTER XL Super-Enhancing Mascara Base or
L’Oreal Paris Double Extend Beauty Tubes Mascara
and then Marc Jacobs mascara to add length and separate lashes. I also want to point out that there’s a little bit if alcohol in this product for those with extra sensitive eyes.
Ciaté LONDON Triple Shot in Black Review | Full size $22 (available in 3 shades and travel size is $12)
A mascara that instantly lengthens, volumizes, defines, and curls to brighten, enhance, and enlarge the appearance of the eyes.
Wake up your makeup and workout your lashes with Triple Shot Mascara. The unique starfish-shaped brush design features a fraction of the rows of bristles found on a conventional mascara wand, allowing for excess formula to remain in between the rows and transfer onto the root of the lashes. The firm, comb-like bristles coat a generous amount of product onto every lash, creating effortlessly thick, curled, and glossy lashes without clumping. This mascara doesn’t flake, fade, or fall out, it stays put so when it’s time to remove. Just use a gauze pad with an oil-based makeup remover, and in a few short swipes, it’ll be all gone.
This mascara is designed to perform differently than most mascaras out there.
-While looking into mirror, tilt chin up so eyes are looking downward.
-Place Triple Shot Mascara™ wand firmly to the base of the lash line.
-Wiggle slightly to apply a generous amount for formulation at the root of the lashes then slowly pull the wand through to tips.
-Push and stretch: Be sure to apply continuous pressure to lashes with brush as though you are combing lashes strait upward. This will ensure maximum curl.
IcanGWP Review: The formula is more wet compare to the average mascara. The bristles are made of rubber (the only one in the kit) and no spiral or twist. First time usage, I apply it as normal mascara – not impressive result. It can go on a bit too heavily. Second and third usages, a little bit happier (see below in my little creatives). Last time usage (today) after reading instruction, I think it is a candidate mascara I might redeem with the free voucher. Here’s the thing, once I followed the instruction it builds impressive thickness with minimal effort. It adds way more thickness and curl than regular mascaras do. This mascara is best for those who want drama lashes. The average score on Sephora site is 3.9.
Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara in Black Review | Full size $23 (travel size $12)
An intensely black, volumizing mascara with an hourglass-shaped brush that separates, coats, and curls each lash to voluptuous perfection.
Inspired by the curves of a woman’s body, the hourglass-shaped brush was designed with extra stiff bristles to maximize the performance of this carbon black, collagen-fueled formula. One coat and lashes are full and defined. Two coats and lashes are even more luscious, curled, and dramatic. Three coats help you achieve the most intense, black, multidimensional lashes possible.
IcanGWP Review: It’s a bummer that it is not Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara Waterproof. The average score is 3.8. For prestige brand single application mascara, this is one of my favorite! It adds a good combination of curl, volume and length.
Milk Makeup Ubame Mascara in Black Review | Full size $24
A lash-loving, buildable, 74 percent natural mascara formula that won’t flake and stays put all day.

-Sweep brush through lashes from root to tip.
-Use tip of brush on finer lashes to maximize thickness and separation.
IcanGWP Review: I am dying to try this mascara. Even though application is really tricky. There are three main reasons, this mascara is worth a try. First, look at that poodle wand! I still make a little mess on my third day. I agree with one of the reviewer: after some good practicing the unique brush gets every lash, even the corners. You MUST wiggle it to get the amazing result. Second, this mascara uses natural ingredients, dye and so on, lovely. So many sensitive eyes reviewers love this mascara. Third, the result for length and curl! It curls my lashes better and stay curled better compared to other mascaras in the kit. It sets immediately too. The average score is 3.5. Many reviewers said it smeared and flaked.
Note – I discovered that I can use the tip of the wand vertically on my lower lashes. I really like it on my lower lashes! Because it is a very dry formula and it sets immediately. If they come in dark brown, I will definitely redeem it with the free full size mascara voucher. Also, it can reach tiny lashes toward the tear duct that many mascara wands cannot. Their proximity to the tear duct can encourage some water-soluble mascara to smear but not this one. Plus, it is a fragrance free mascara too.
Tarte tarteist lash paint in Black Review | Full size $23
A jet-black, volume-packed mascara so anyone can master the tarte of the fringe. Coat lashes in ultra-black, volumized color with just one stroke for thicker, sexier-looking lashes. This amped-up, drama-filled mascara is infused with triple-black, painted mineral pigments. It softens and nourishes lashes as it paints and creates glossy, saturated definition for hours of mess-free wear with no flaking. The custom, sculpted paint brush features flexible, molded bristles that grab-and-lock even the tiniest lashes, coating them in 360° root-to-tip, jet-black pigment. In a simple stroke, it sculpts, separates, and lifts your lashes for an ultimate boost of volume, length, and curl with the grace and ease of a makeup pro.
-Generously coat the sculpted paint brush with the triple-black formula and apply in a zigzag motion, starting at the base of lashes and pulling through to the tip.
-For finishing touches, use the fanned bristles at the tip of brush to coat the inner and outer corners.
IcanGWP Review: I think it is just another okay mascara. Natural look. It has inky-black color with one coat. The average score is 3.9. I have Tarte best in faux extending fibers review here if you are interested.

Now, I have tested out a few days and notice that Ciate and Too faced mascaras are good for volume whereas Milk and Marc Jacobs mascaras are good for length and curl. So I come up with a more exciting way to use Sephora Lashstash to Go below.

IcanGWP Review: It is better than all other ways to use this kit. Noticeable beautiful bulk is added to outer corner lashes. Milk mascara works brilliantly to make lashes defined, long and curled.
What I thought?
Use them individually is okay, use them together – perfect!! I finally figured out how to use these mascaras. It is way better when I use the wet mascaras (Marc Jacobs & Ciate) for outer corners. It gives the very beautiful lashes that fans out for winged liner or smoky eye shadow. Then I apply drier mascaras which gives length and opens my eyes + stays curled. Finally, the very best way that I would love you to try if you have a chance because it is my favorite way so far is …
Lashstash to Go The Best Combo: Outer corner Ciate and 2nd coat Milk. Wait, make sure they set and dry. Curl your eye lashes again and apply Ciate as the 3rd coat. It produces big, long lashes with incredible thickness. You may see some slight clumping but it’s easily combed out (because it is wet). So stunning drama result: volume, thickness, curl, length, color you name it.
I highly recommend this set. I am thinking about buy the second kit so that I can use one voucher for Milk and another for Ciate. I will pay $56 for $160 worth of 12 mascaras. I love mascaras and think that they are the greatest way to beautify our eyes.
