Find BSNL FTTH/ Broadband Username & Password Using Bill:
Download/ Open your monthly bill PDF file sent to your mail ID or by postal.
Scroll down to the 3rd page(page number may differ for each), Check for List of Services section & you can find your BSNL FTTH/ Broadband username mention next to Phone Number/ Service ID.
Default Password for your BSNL FTTH/ Broadband is password.
That’s it!
Alternate Ways:
Call BSNL Customer Service Number 1800 345 1500. They will help you with the required information. or Call your LCO.
Usually username consist of your initials followed by your landline number. Example: If your name is “June S”, username will be like sj223344_sid or ju223344_sid. “sid” part may also differ for each region. Do check with the Customer Service to be exact.
Additional Tips:
If you’re trying to connect via PPPoE using EPON ONU/ Router/ Modem/ GPON ONT, you’ve add @ftth.bsnl.in after your username.
Example:
Username: sj223344_sid@ftth.bsnl.in
Password: password
