Membership levels – what are they?

Renewal Notices may not have made it to your mailbox!

As helpful as technology is in our lives – sometimes it just doesn’t work.  We have been informed that renewal notices may not have been sent out from our website for memberships expiring in April, May and June 2016. Please ensure that your membership is still current by logging in to the website.

We will be manually sending a reminder to everyone who has a renewal date during those three months but please feel free to proactively check your own status. Thanks!

Homeopath to Cease Practicing

http://www.allpointbulletin.com/2016/05/27/homeopath-to-cease-practicing/

From Past President, Manfred Mueller, CCH, RSHom(NA) — The homeopath named in the above article was recently ordered to cease practicing her profession. According to a monopolistic naturopathic licensing law enforced by the Washington State Board of Naturopathic Physicians, no homeopath in the state of Washington can practice their chosen profession unless they are a licensed naturopathic physician.

If any of our colleagues still doubt the necessity of health freedom laws and our continued efforts to oppose monopolistic naturopathic bills, let them see the reality of what happens when these bills pass. This is why we need to continue to fight unfair and monopolistic licensing laws like this naturopathic licensing law in Washington state or similar bills introduced elsewhere.”

Elizabeth Bonfig Scholarship is still Accepting Applications!

In loving memory of Liz Bonfig, the “heart” of NASH, the NASH Foundation has created the Elizabeth Bonfig Scholarship Fund. The application is available on our website.  The deadline for application is June 30, 2016. Preference is given to students who are NASH members and who attend NASH member schools.

A Reminder for all NASH Members and the entire North American Homeopathic Community:

The deadline to reserve space for advertisements in The American Homeopath is fast approaching!  Don’t delay. Color pages have very quickly sold out, but plenty of Black and White opportunities remain. Rates are very reasonable and haven’t been raised in several years, but this might not last. Contact me by July 31st to make arrangements.

Artwork is due August 31st.

Ads in The American Homeopath help to support the work of NASH and enable us put out an excellent journal year after year.  Back issues of the journal remain in demand for years after initial publication and are often kept in the libraries of schools and practitioners, so advertisements continue to work for you well into the future.

Special discounts are available for NASH Member Schools, RSHom(NA) Members and non-profits.  Low-cost Classified ads are also available for Registered Members and the Schools. And, anyone can lock in current rates and receive special rates for multi-year contracts.
