Serving champagne is simply one of the many traditions everyone does on New Year’s Eve. Pouring this sparkling wine into the glass and serve it around is boring. It doesn’t have to be served plainly– serve cold at 48°F the most. Be creative and entertain your guests with champagne cocktail recipes! Don’t know how? Looking for some festive drink recipes to celebrate the New Year? You’ve come to the right place! These champagne cocktail recipes help you ring in the New Year with a twist — literally!

Champagne cocktails are always associated with New Year’s Eve celebrations! Sparkles and bubbles! If you want to get more festive with your plain champagne, get fancy and mix up one of these sparkling champagne cocktail recipes that are sure to be crowd pleasers.

Let’s face it, New Year’s Eve is just not complete without champagne and clinking glasses. Champagne has always been on my New Year’s Eve menu, but to make it a bit fancier, I like to mix it up with some sparkling spirit, too! Plain bubbly is perfectly fine, but if you’re looking to spice up the contents of your flutes, I’ve got three delectable “kicked up” alternatives! Great for impressing friends or sharing over an intimate dinner for two.

Learn how to make:

Champagne Mojito

Cranberry Orange Champagne Cocktail

Blackberry Rosemary Champagne Cocktail

1. Champagne Mojito

Ingredients:

1 Wedge Lime

6 Leaves Mint

1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar

4-6 oz. Champagne

How to make:

Squeeze your lime wedge into your champagne glass.

Add your teaspoon of sugar and mint leaves.

Using a cocktail muddler, mix altogether until you get that nice fresh mint smell.

Top off with your champagne and enjoy!

2. Cranberry Orange Champagne

Ingredients:

1 Wedge Orange

2 oz Cranberry Juice

Granulated Sugar (For Garnish)

4-6 oz. Champagne

How to make:

Use the orange wedge to rim the glass. Create a sugar-rimmed glass by dipping your cocktail glass into a plate of sugar.

Get an orange wedge and squeeze it into a glass of cranberry juice. Top off with some champagne and a twist of the orange flavor. Cheers!

3. Blackberry Rosemary Champagne

Ingredients:

1 Sprig Rosemary

3 Leaves Blackberries

4-6 oz. Champagne

How to make:

Put 2 blackberries in your glass and muddle. Add the last blackberry, then top with champagne.

Use the rosemary sprig to mix it around your glass to remove bubbles. Leave the sprig in as a garnish.

Enjoy.
