Happy Wednesday, friends! I hope your week is off to a great start. We’ve got a lot going on in the Sugarplum Casa… between setting the Thanksgiving table and putting up the tree, it’s a holiday kerfuffle around here.
Our porch is packed with pumpkins… and lined with twinkle lights. I’m burning chai candles in the glow of the Christmas tree. And I’m embracing every bit of it! I’m just so excited for the holidays this year, and can’t wait for all my people to be back in one house. I’ve even started booking all the Holiday Advent adventures we love, but missed last year.
Up first is setting the table for Thanksgiving, and once again, Amazon brings the good stuff! Here are some fun finds to make your table festive…one | two | three | four | five | six | seven | eight | nine | ten | eleven | twelve
one. Party Poppers // One of my faves for dinner parties, I leave these at each place setting for a fun ice-breaker when we first sit down. Most contain little toys or games, and a funny joke or trivia we take turns sharing.
two. Serving Platter // From appetizers to main dishes, this platter is Thanksgiving perfection.
three. Place Card Holders // Add a touch of texture and nature with these wood place card holders. I use them year-round on both the table and to label snacks and drinks during parties.
four. Wood Table Tags // A pretty touch to place settings, these table tags come in a range of phrases and sentiments.
five. Matte Gold Flatware // Gold flatware makes even the most basic table feel festive and fancy, and this one is a great price for a set of four!
six. Votive Candle Holders // Add a warm glow to all your holiday tables with these pretty gold votives.
seven. Disposable Cups // Cut down on dishwashing with these fun and festive cups… perfect for large groups, and easy to write names, too. I love all the Christmas cups they offer, too!
eight. Table Runner // Runners add instant color and style to your table, with little commitment. I love the natural elements of this one.
nine. Artificial Pumpkins // Piled up in a bowl or placed at each chair, these give instant Fall vibes.
ten. Gingham Dinner Napkins // Cute texture and pattern in a range of colors, they add instant personality to your table.
eleven. Faux Stems // The best-looking Fall stems I’ve found to date! Place them on a console, kitchen island, or even as your table’s centerpiece.
twelve. Vase // Serious bang for your buck, this vase gives Pottery Barn vibes without the price tag. And it’s the perfect height for all my stems.
And since many of us are getting an early jump on Christmas decorating this year, here are some fun finds… and yep, all on Prime!
one | two | three | four | five | six | seven | eight | nine | ten | eleven | twelve
one. Holiday Card Display // I love being able to see the cards of our friends and family, and this card display makes it cute and easy. I’d hang it on our pantry door with a command hook.
two. Felt Garland // This colorful garland just make me happy! String them on your tree, mantel, console tables, or anywhere that you want to add instant cheer. If you prefer banners, this one is too cute!
three. Door Mat // Inexpensive doormats make it easy (and affordable) to swap out seasonal decor on your porch, and Amazon carries some of my faves! This JOY mat is cute and colorful.
four. Flocked Christmas Tree // Our flocked tree is back in stock! We’ve had ours for four years, and it’s still going strong! The flocking looks so natural, and it’s a slim shape without being too skinny.
five. Tea Towels // Add these to your kitchen or guest bath for a little touch of holiday.
six. Stocking Name Tags // How fun are these custom wood tags?! Drape them on your stockings, tie to packages, or hang them on your tree… I love the personalized touch.
seven. Pom Pom Stocking // I need to somehow figure out how to add a second fireplace to our house, so I have an excuse to grab these cute stockings! This is a Sugarplum stocking if I’ve ever seen one! These personalized stockings are fun, too, and the price is amazing!! (It includes personalization!)
eight. Pine Garland // When this garland arrived I literally smelled to see if it was real! It’s the most natural-looking garland I’ve found, and I love the no-shed needles.
nine. Appetizer Platter // Bring on the cheese and crackers, I’ll use this little platter for all the party snacks year-round!
ten. Felt Figurine Tree // One of my favorite finds last year, I love this colorful, homemade tree! So cute on a side or console table, it adds so much personality to your decor.
eleven. Lumbar Pillow Cover // Swap out the pillow covers on your sofa for an instant holiday update. I love the simplicity of this graphic tree cover, especially paired with the classic plaid pillows.
twelve. Plaid Pillow Covers // It wouldn’t be a Sugarplum decor roundup without some pillow covers! I can’t believe the price of this set, the tartan plaid is perfect for any sofa or side chair.
Do you set a Thanksgiving table? I normally set the table and leave the cooking to my mother-in-law, but last year we managed to cook the entire dinner on our own! Well, with the help of Hello Fresh. I think we’ll go that direction again this year…it was just too easy!
And of course we’ll be cooking with the Always Pan… did you see it’s on sale under $100 (details HERE)?! So tell me, are you on the Thanksgiving or Christmas train… or a little of both?
