YORK, Pa (June 18, 2015) – McConkey Insurance & Benefits is pleased to announce that Shawn C. Russell, CSFS has been promoted to a Consultant in their Benefits Department. His role focuses on assisting businesses to structure their employee benefits programs to both manage costs and to continue attracting and retaining quality employees.
Shawn is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.S. in Management. Shawn holds the Certified Self-Funding Specialist (CSFS) designation and is currently working towards his Certified Employee Benefits Specialists designation (CEBS). Prior to his work in our benefits department Shawn worked at McConkey as our personal lines producer where he provided solutions for our client’s personal insurance needs.
