BACKGROUND

Missing Ancaster man: Ibriham KETTINA

The Hamilton Police Service is seeking the assistance of the public in locating a missing Ancaster man.

Ibriham KETTINA was reported missing to the Hamilton Police Service by his family.  He was last seen on October 14th, 2016 in the afternoon in the Meadowlands area of Ancaster. Ibriham went out for a walk around 3:00 pm on the 14th and did not return home.  He has been diagnosed with the early stages of alzheimers disease.

Ibriham is described as an 86 year old South Asian man.  He is 5’4”, 134lbs, thin build.   He has brown eyes and short grey hair.  He was last observed wearing faded blue jeans, a black wool zip up sweater, dark brown leather dress shoes and a white brim hat with a black band with the words "Corona" printed on the side.  Ibriham walks daily 2 to 3 hours and is physically fit.

Hamilton Police are  continuing the search in the area of Oleary Drive and Regan Drive led by the Service’s Ground Search and Rescue Team, utilizing all resources including; the Mounted Unit, ATV’s , Uniform Patrol and members of the Canine Unit.  Several .

Police are asking residents to check there surrounding property and sheds. If you locate Ibriham call 911.

Hamilton Police continue to investigate this missing person incident and we are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ibriham KETTINA to contact the Division Three Staff Sergeant at 905-546-3886.
