The Lannin Residence is a 3900 sf single family home renovation project. The original home was built in 1993, and needed roughly 2000 sf of permittable scope. Located in the Meadow Glen neighborhood of Boulder, the property backs to serene views of South Boulder Creek open space, just south of Flatirons Golf Course.
My involvement on this project was primarily the main feature staircase, the front entry door, and the living room exterior bifold door.
Additionally, I helped support the interior design of the dining room / butler's pantry, the fireplace in the family room, the home office, laundry room, main level flooring + finish work.
