Qualified candidates will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to multitask, and a high level of determination and self-motivation. Responsibilities Include:

Canvass prospective clients and leads through a variety of approaches including primarily telephone calls.

Arrange meetings with prospective clients.

Implement strategies set forth by team leader.

Gather relevant market data and prepare market surveys and/or marketing material.

Network with other brokers to promote and ultimately lease exclusively-represented sites.

Schedule and conduct site tours.

Accompany and assist senior brokers at client meetings.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with South Florida and surrounding areas.

Skills required:

College degree required.

State of Florida Real Estate Salesperson’s License required.

Minimum two (2) years experience in the commercial real estate brokerage business.

Knowledge of relevant real estate, brokerage, ethical, and other rules.

Professional presence, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Thrive in a competitive entrepreneurial environment.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Analytical and creative problem solving ability.

Reliable and self-sufficient self-starter.

Strong proficiency with entire Microsoft Office Suite.
