Training is available in Raleigh, NC at Global′s Worldwide headquarters or you can choose a convenience option of bringing our trainers onsite to your location. Web-based training is also available for individual or small groups as well.

CPE Training Guidelines 
CPE Units
In need of continuing professional education units? Global has two great ways to earn CPE units; attend Global Software, Inc.′s User Forums or attend one of the many education classes available at either Global's corporate office in Raleigh, NC, USA or schedule a session to be held at your location. Global Software, Inc. offers basic, intermediate, and advanced levels of educational programs. No prerequisites or advanced preparation is required; however, prior working knowledge and/or knowledge of the program topic are strongly recommended. Participants will receive 7 CPE credit points per day of training.
Global Software is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State Boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
Compliants regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Suite 700, Nashville, TN 37219-2417. Training Complaint Resolution Policy
Complaints are made on the Course Evaluation Form
These forms are read by the VP of Client Services
For complaints relating to the product being trained: a Helpdesk case will be opened and will be handled by the Helpdesk
Helpdesk personnel will contact the client when the case has been resolved and implemented the corrective action.
For complaints about the instructor: The VP of Client Services will determine the action to be taken.
If necessary, the VP of Client Services will call the client where corrective actions can be discussed (e.g. refunds, subsequent training sessions, etc)

Refund Policy
Refunds and Cancellations: Requests for refunds must be sent to our VP, Client Services. Our VP, Client Services will determine if the situation warrants a refund, or a different resolution. (eg. subsequent training sessions, etc.)
