After being pitted against bogey side Uganda in Group D of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nation, Ghana will now have to share same hotel with the East Africans.

Thursday night’s draw for the 31st edition of the continental showpiece placed the Black Stars in Group D whose host city is Port-Gentil.

And the two sides who face off in the opening game of the group on January 17, 2017 will have to share the same space, Hotel du Parc, during the competition.

The hotel is located in Mandji Island, the economic capital of Gabon which is well known for its wood and oil trade.

Hotel du Parc can be found in the middle of a botanical and animal park.

Mali and Egypt complete Group D but will be based in separate inns – Hotel Bamboo and Hotel Chez Jimmy respectively.
