Maxine enters Parts & Service, following the child's voice. She hears the child speaking from inside of the Freddy Fazbear suit, and approaches it, placing a stool so that she can peer inside the mouth. As she looks closer inside of the mouth, a hand suddenly reaches out and grabs her, pulling her inside of the suit. The suit clamps its jaw down and bites Maxine's body clean in half. Her death is shown through shadows on the wall.
