I'm in the same situation. We have a bunch of different web apps on different hosts in our mycompany.com domain. Some of these web apps are tied to AD, so I use my AD credentials to log in. Others are not tied to AD so I use unique credentials to log in. We use hostname matching in our mycompany.com domain because otherwise we'd get a very long list of potential credentials to use for each web app - many of which are invalid - and because it's handy to have a site for each host so you can jump right to that host.

LastPass complains that all the AD-integrated web apps are using duplicate passwords. We need some sort of setting to indicate which hosts (and maybe paths too) - not just domains - should be treated as equivalent from a credentials perspective. It's annoying to keep getting emails to improve my passwords when I am already doing all I can.
