I have uploaded my custom Thrustmaster Hotas X keybinds here:

I find them to be easier and more efficient than the standard ones supplied.
Feel free to give them a go.
Button 1: Mapped to Primary Fire
Button 2: Mapped to Secondary Fire
Button 3: Mapped to Deploy/retract Hard Points
Button 4: Mapped to Engage/Disengage Supercruise/Hyperdrive
Button 5: Mapped to Boost
Button 6: Mapped to Cycle next target forward - also mapped to cycle through side panel menus backwards
Button 7: Mapped to cycle next target backwards - also mapped to cycle through side panel menus backwards
Button 8: Mapped to access side panel menus - Hold and use HAT switch to select panel
Button 9: Mapped to Target Ahead
Button 10: Mapped to Toggle Flight Assist
Hat Switch: Verticle and Horizontal thrusting + Side Panel Menu navigation
Right Analogue Rocker on throttle control: Mapped to next highest hostile threat
Left Analoge Rocker on throttle control: Mapped to cycle next fire group.
The only major things not mapped to the joystick are the power distribution which i use the arrow keys on keyboard or Voice Attack commands to control and raise, lower landing gear which can be accessed via side panels anyway or pressing G on keyboard - my keyboard is right infront of me when i play so its not an issue.
