Describe the issue
`ESC` seems to be bound to popping up the `Save & Exit` dialog in the HoloMe suite AS WELL AS the Game Menu.
When the Game Menu is closed via `Resume` the `Save & Exit` dialog remains open.
When the Game Menu is closed via pressing `ESC` again the `Save & Exit` dialog will close itself after the Game Menu closes.
The `Save & Exit` dialog hooks ALL `ESC` actions that occur in the Game Menu.
Reproduction Steps
`Save & Exit` dialog appearing when using `ESC` to access game menu while in HoloMe Suite:
1: Using `ESC` twice:
* Press `ESC` while in HoloMe Suite.
+ You should see the `Save & Exit` dialog pop up then the Game Menu pops up.
* Press `ESC` again to exit the Game Menu
+ You should see the Game Menu close then see the `Save & Exit` dialog close.
2: Using `ESC` once then using `Resume` or {bound key from Controls->Mode Switches->Game Menu}
* Press `ESC` while in HoloMe Suite.
+ You should see the `Save & Exit` dialog pop up then the Game Menu pops up.
* Click `Resume` or press {bound key from Controls->Mode Switches->Game Menu}
+ You should see the Game Menu close but the `Save & Exit` dialog remains open.
3: `Save & Exit` dialog hooking some `ESC` presses while in Game Menu:
* Close the `Save & Exit` dialog if it is open.
* Press {bound key from Controls->Mode Switches->Game Menu} while in HoloMe Suite.
* Press `ESC` to exit the Game Menu
+ You should see the `Save & Exit` dialog
