I just signed up for xfininty internet and got my kit which says to download the app and follow the instructions but it just says "Sorry, That Didn't Go As Planned". So I went to the website to log in and it says "Sorry, This Isn't Working Right Now". Is there any phone number to call? What could be wrong?
