No matter how many times I ask Customer Service, no one is able to tell me why Cfinity prices their services the way they do. For example, I have the Triple Play bundle (TV , Internet, Home Security). I have absolutely NO use for the Home Security, video surveillance, 24/7 recording, etc, but it would cost me $30/month to eliminate the service, so I keep it sitting there doing nothing.
prior to this, I had phone service from Comcast. Not because I needed it, I never used it - not even once. But it would cost me more money to NOT have it. This sort of pricing makes no sense and only serves to show wastefulness.
