Thank you for your inquiry! Since that information is private, you will need the login credentials. If you know the access ID for your account, you can click on Forgot User ID/Password. A temporary password will be sent to the email account associated with the account. Once you log in, you can then change the password.

You can also visit any AT&T retail store to change the password. You will need to show a valid government ID and they will assist you. To locate the nearest AT&T store, go to the AT&T Website. Click on Store Locations and Appointments in the upper right-hand corner.
