Living in the Moment Meditation Course
A Meditation Course in English with Buddhist Monk Gen Tonglam

Saturday April 18 12 – 4pm

In our busy lives we find it very difficult to relax and enjoy the moment. Even while we are doing things we like, our mind is never in the present – we are constantly making plans for the future, worrying about what might happen next, and never really feeling content. On this course we will learn meditations to help us let go of this limiting mental habit. Through this we will develop a peaceful mind, be able to make the most of every moment of our life and begin to uncover its true meaning. Beginners welcome.

Suggested donation: $500 (includes lunch)
