In the last week or so I've noticed facebook and instagram videos don't load properly on our family's IOS devices.  I thought at first this could be due to a Facebook/Instagram app update, or possibly have to do with the server side at Facebook/Instagram. Since I've tested the video loading at work on my phone, and they load fine I"m concluding the issue is either with Xfinity / Comcast or with the wireless router's QoS settings.

Is there any way to know what's in the auto updated QoS database? or have more complete control over the QoS settings?  Obviously I do want other traffic to be higher priority, but I have a good enough connection ~100 megabits down ~5 megabits up, that a few small videos on the Facebook and Instagram apps should load almost instantaneously.

Any helpful info would be appreciated thanks!
