I've been running around Route 24 for about four hours now (not consecutively, but 3 of it was) and I've yet to encounter an Abra. It's supposed to be rarity tier 1, so I'd figure it would at least show up within an hour. Kadabra as been my MVP just about any time I've played Pokémon. Is it bugged or am I just insanely unlucky?
EDIT: Got my Abra half an hour after posting this, lol.
