7.4 For security reasons, OVH can proceed with the immediate suspension (without notice) of any server on which would be offered paid or free public proxies, such as IRC, VPN, TOR for which OVH have knowledge of misuse, fraudulent or unlawful
use.
Does this intend to prohibit all IRC services, or only paid or free public IRC proxies? Read literally it should mean the latter, as IRC is not a proxy-like service, but it would not be the first time in my history a company has decided to interpret its TOS strangely to fit the circumstances.
