I know that it says to not post support questions on this forum, but since I'm locked out from the support sub-forums it links to, I have no option but to post here.

I have paid for my order yesterday evening, a 3-month Advanced Licence.
I have not received the product nor any follow up acknowledgement emails.
My messages to the support email, as well as my opened support ticket, are ignored.
The live chat support mentioned in another post on this forum does not actually seem to exist, or if it does, it is not prominently linked to.
When I tried to go to the Help and Support sub-forum, I've been locked out, it says "You are not authorised to read this forum." But I can't have my account activated since that requires a license code.

As this is a bitcoin transaction, the buyer is at the mercy of the seller, and because of this I'm growing concerned.

Is this a common situation for Haasonline? Or is this out of the ordinary? Should I still expect to get access?
