IBM is pleased to announce an update for IBM BigFix Trusteer Apex Dashboard. We have updated the Trusteer Apex Desktop Management dashboard to handle the scenario where data from the Trusteer Apex agents is not available.

Additional updates:
The update also includes 3 enhancements.

Added existing Task ID 708 "Install BES Server Plugin Service" to the Trusteer Apex SetUp folder in IBM Software domain.

Change relevance restrictions from RedHat to Linux for Trusteer Apex SetUp Task ID 1 "Generate Trusteer Apex Agent Installation and Upgrade Tasks".

Enhance bar charts resizing on the Trusteer Apex Desktop Management dashboard when the dashboard is resized.

Additional detail:
"No data retrieved" may appear on the Trusteer Apex Desktop Management dashboard for some computers if the Trusteer Apex agent version or configuration doesn't support the integration (for instance the agent version is earlier than v3.5.1507.65 on Windows systems and v3.6.1507.30 on Mac systems).

If the configuration isn't the latest version expected, perform a connectivity test from the Trusteer Apex agent to the Trusteer Management Application using Task ID 14 "Check connectivity for Trusteer Apex Agent".

If the Trusteer Apex agent version is too old to support the integration, upgrade it to v3.5.1507.65 (Windows)/ v3.6.1507.30 (Mac) or later via the Trusteer Management Application.
