Campus Dining Services can help you put your best fork forward. One of Campus Dining Services’ most important tools to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle while dining with us is Zoutrition. Zoutrition has several functions that can help you:
Find items that meet your nutritional goals.
Build a meal that is both healthy and satisfying.
Track your daily intake.
Avoid items you need to avoid with the filters and ingredient lists.
If you are like many people, Zoutrition can answer all your nutrition questions regarding the menu items that Campus Dining Services has to offer. However, if you have more questions, we recommend speaking to a Registered Dietitian. There are two ways that you can go about this. First, you can visit one of the following locations: Rollins @Night, Pavilion at Dobbs, Plaza 900, or the Student Center and ask for the dietitian there. If you would like to meet the dietitian of your location of choice, stop by the “Meet the Dietitian” Table on Wednesday, March 8, as we celebrate National Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day! If you have a specific condition you would like to discuss or general department questions, you can visit the Campus Dining Services web page. Click the “About Dietary Needs” section to fill out a form that will put you in contact with the department Registered Dietitian. You can also meet Kristen, the department Registered Dietitian at The MARK on 5th Street during lunch on Wednesday, March 8.
