This month there are tons of summer fun events in Orange County to enjoy plus Independence Day is coming up which means even more city spectaculars and of course fireworks Check out the events going on in Orange County during July 2015 starting with the all the 4th of July events and fireworks shows in each city.

4th of July Events amp; Fireworks

OC Block Park

3-11PM at Angel Stadium

Food, vendors, performances, live art installations from the OC Artwalk carnival games and more will be going on all day at Angel Stadium. Tickets are $7 presale and $10 at the door. Irvine High School Concert on the Green amp; Fireworks Festival

3PM at the Irvine High School Stadium

Food court, live music by The Derek Bourdeaux Group, kids games and activities, and of course fireworks at 9PM. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for kids 13 and under and kids 2 and under are free. Event website: irvinepa.com

Pacific Symphony Concert

8PM

The musical force of the entire Pacific Symphony orchestra will be giving a tribute to Journey with hits like “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Wheel in the Sky” and more. The band will also play some patriotic favorites and end the show with a fireworks finale Gates open at 6PM if you want to picnic on the lawns before the show. Event website: pacificsymphony.org

Anaheim Hills 4th of July Celebration

7AM-10PM at Canyon High and Peralta Park

All day festivities in Anaheim Hills. The day kicks off at 7AM with the Firecraker 5K/10K run along with the pancake breakfast brought to you by the Canyon High Football Team, the AHCC, and the Rotary. Balboa Peninsula Fireworks amp; Parade Cruises

Cruises at 1 and 4PM view the parade and all the excitement in the bay and then tour along the beautiful Newport Beach coastline soaking up the afternoon sunshine. Or go on the fireworks extravaganza cruise at 7PM to tour the bay and see the fireworks display. Event website: cruisenewportbeach.com

Brea County Fair

7AM-4PM at City Hall Park

It’s a full day of fun starting with a pancake breakfast from Kiwanis at 7AM and followed by the fair which opens at 10AM. Cypress/Los Alamitos/Seal Beach/Rossmoor Fireworks Celebration

4PM at the Joint Forces Training Base in Los Alamitos

If you want a spot to see the fireworks from Doheny Beach then get there early and make it a full beach day (space goes fast). The fireworks are synchronized to a music so if you haven’t heard the music with the fireworks, you’re only getting half the experience Bring your radio to your favorite viewing spot and tune it to 88.5FM KSBR. More than just a one day event, the HB 4th of July Festival is three day so of fun filled with live entertainment, exhibitors, food vendors and family activities. 5K Walk/Run and 10K run from 7:30-9:30AM, Pancake Breakfast from 7:30-11AM, Concerts by “Woodie and the Longboards” (Beach Boys Tribute) and “Heartache Tonight” (Eagles Tribute) at 6PM at Crown Valley community park and fireworks at Regional Park to follow at 9PM. La Palma Run for Fun

Great way to kick off the 4th festivities is with the annual Run for Fun. The 5K and 10K begin at 7:30AM and The Yankee Doodle Dash and Fun Zone goes from 8:30-10:30AM. Lake Forest Fourth Parade

Mission Viejo Street Faire amp; Fireworks Spectacular

On Olympiad Road and in the area adjoining Lake Mission Viejo, the Street Faire provides a classic Fourth of July celebration for the city of Mission Viejo. Rides and games bring a carnival atmosphere, plus tons of local clubs and organizations set up booths for food, drinks, crafts, gifts, games and more. The fireworks display can also be seen from many beaches and hilltop areas in and around San Clemente. The end of the Pier, opposite the entrance, will close at noon on Friday, July 3rd for preliminary preparation and the entire Pier will close on Saturday, July 4th at 8:00AM. The Pageant of the Masters presents a “tableaux vivant,” or living replications of classical works of art, staged nightly in an outdoor amphitheater under the stars. Irrelevant Week is the annual celebration recognized by the NFL that honors the last player to be picked in the Draft, championing stories of perseverance in sports to inspire greatness in others. The 40th Mr. Irrelevant is Gerald Christian of the Arizona Cardinals. At the free Community Field Day and Flag Football kids can learn how to play like the pros as Mr. Irrelevant and local football teams demonstrate football drills, proper stretching, and other football activities.
