JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Roles:
Provide HR support to management and retail outlets on HR matters with total staff strength of 1,000;
Responsible for effective HR delivery for the Group level – in Manpower Planning, Talent Management & Talent Acquisition;
Drive HR strategies to align with business plans and objectives, inclusive of reviewing HR policies, practices and systems;
Drive employee engagement initiatives including communication, team meetings, feedback sessions, recognition programs etc., to enhance organizational capability and effectiveness.
