JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):
(Strictly only taking candidates with skill or experience in bold)
• Responsible for full spectrum of HRM functions
• Handle Recruitment & placement activities (Job advertisement, work pass application, prepare letter of confirmation, etc.)
• Manage employee exit/resignation process including conducting exit interviews
• Process monthly payroll & CPF submission (less than 200 headcounts)
• Submission of statutory claims (NS, IR21, IR8A, CCL, GPCL, GPML, etc)
• Update and maintain Employees’ personal files & database
• Work with managers to provide advice, assistance and follow-up on employee inquiries relating to administrative support, employee benefits, HR policies and practices
• Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other agencies
• Process government funding such as WDA, etc
• Abreast with MOM initiatives and news releases
• Other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned
