ALCOHOL ENFORCEMENT
Traffic Division officers conducted a countywide grant funded DWI Patrol Enforcement from 8 p.m. on Saturday, February 27 until 4 a.m. Sunday morning. The initiative resulted in one arrest for DWI and one Driving on a Suspended License. One person was charged with Possession of Marijuana, and 16 traffic summonses were issued.
SULLY DISTRICT STATION
DUI / REFUSAL OF BREATH TEST: New Braddock Road/Union Mill Road, 02/26/16, 8:41 p.m. Officers responded to a car accident at this location. One of the drivers was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. After further investigation, Andrew Davis, 39, of Centreville, was charged with driving under the influence, obstruction of justice, refusal of breath test, and driving on a suspended license.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION
POSSESION OF COCAINE / POSSESSION OF A CONCEALED FIREARM: Lorton Road/Interstate 95, 02/26/16, 7:48 p.m. A police officer on patrol observed a vehicle equipment violation and conducted a traffic stop. An odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle. After a search of the vehicle and persons, open containers of alcohol, cocaine, marijuana, and a concealed handgun was found. The male suspect was charged with felony possession of a concealed firearm, possession of marijuana, and driving on a suspended license. The female suspect was charged with possession of cocaine and open container of alcohol. The investigation is ongoing.
ROBBERY: 7800 Rectory Lane, 02/27/16, 5:30 a.m. The female victim was walking to a convenience store when she was approached by two males. One of the subjects was armed with a hand gun. The suspects then ripped her purse from her shoulder, searched her pockets, and then fled on foot. The victim was not injured. A police canine was utilized and tracked to a local residence. Two subjects were positively identified and were taken into custody. David Tykee-Hose Siggers, 18, of Manassas was charged with robbery. Brandon Thomas Vieyra, 27, of Annandale was charged with robbery and display of a firearm in commission of a felony.
