After deciding your course, visitors are asked to order their drinks in advance. The drinks are divided into alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Among them, the most recommended is a one-year aged plum wine which can be consumed together with the Japanese Yakinuku to enhance the flavor.

7,500 yen barbecue course set

A tofu-based soup is served up as an appetizer with a mouthwatering yet light taste.

The side dishes consist of a total of 6 Korean dishes such as spicy cucumber, kimchi, and bean sprouts. Due to the heaviness of the taste, we recommend an accompaniment of white rice to balance the taste.

A salad topped with a tangy sauce is not only appetizing but also quite refreshing and is a good start for tasting meat.

The first servings of meat are quite delicious which are followed by a meat platter made up of beef stomach, beef tongue and minced meat.

Mix the eggs with beef and place it on bread with olive oil.

Carefully placing  the thick, yolk-soaked beef on crunchy bread is artwork! Some may worry about the taste of raw meat but it is unexpectedly delicious, tender and the crunchy texture makes visitors unable to stop!

The staff will assist in the barbecuing the meat in accordance to the quality of the meat, the way and timing of the barbecue is also in accordance to the type of meat. Some staff will recommend eating with dipping sauce, while others will suggest that the original taste will the best way to eat your meat.

Course Items include:Beef Brisket, Beef Tongue, and Kalbi Beef. It is recommended to cook for 3-5 minutes before eating and to serve the Beef Tongue with salt to get the full flavor.

Pictured from left to right is Hire, Kalbi and Beef Brisket. These are the most recommended cuts as they highlight the best of what Yoroniku as to offer.

Before moving onto the next portion of meat items, the staff will offer a soup to enhance the taste of the upcoming beef items.

The next serving brings on higher quality cuts of beef such as Misu and Silk Beef Brisket. The Silk Beef Brisket is recommended to be eaten with rice balls.

The delicate and beautiful marbling of the beef can be seen clearly! The gravy and white rice combine to make a rich aroma.

The last item comes with a flavorful fat that gives this cut a tender consistency.

As for tasting methods, the staff suggests tasting together with lettuce and a tangy sauce. It is most recommended to mix with a radish puree to maintain the balance of taste and to neutralize grease of the meat.

The amount of meat included in the course does not seem to be much, but actually leaves visitors quite full. This days daily limited menu offered top shoulder meat which was high in quality and amazing in taste.

The main beef portion of the meat is followed by Korean cold noodles which are slightly stiff, but light in taste and matches with white sesame seeds and scallions for a refreshing taste.

Authentic Korean rice wine  exudes a special aroma and is recommended to those who like lighter drinks.

After-dinner desserts are available, which come in two flavors of matcha green tea and milk. Unlike common iced desserts, the taste of this ice is delicate and comes with many fruit options such as: strawberry, kiwi, mango, etc.

Currently, there are only branches in the Kanto area, which not only provide delicious meals and convenient transportation, but also provides English menus. It is recommended for those who want to come to Japan to enjoy high-quality Japanese Yakiniku. Don’t miss it when you come to Tokyo on your next trip!
