The San Francisco-based interior designer and event planner is renowned for the elegance and whimsy of the environments and experiences he curates, the luxurious details inherent to all he touches, for his layered interiors and over-the-top parties; and he brings that same aesthetic to Pottery Barn, resulting in a collection that is modern yet classic with a dash of humor and personality. San Francisco-based Fulk has spent 20 years developing a business out of making the impossible a reality and has become the curator of his clients’ lifestyle, not only designing their homes down to the custom stationery, but also their wardrobes, weddings, dinner parties and family vacations. In addition to his residential work, Fulk takes a multi-disciplinary approach for hospitality projects including the highly esteemed social club The Battery SF, the overhaul of San Francisco’s historic Mark Hopkins hotel, restaurants with New York’s acclaimed Major Food Group, and his latest new concept on urban living, The Hi-Side NYC, in Manhattan. Featured in such publications as The New York Times, Vanity Fair, Architectural Digest, Elle Decor and The Wall Street Journal, the Virginia-born Fulk is happiest watching his three Golden Retrievers bound around the pool at his ranch in Napa Valley–the setting that inspired much of his collaboration with Pottery Barn.

“Pottery Barn was a very natural fit for me as I’ve long admired their iconic American style,” said Fulk. “For our collection, I turned to my own life and the things I love for inspiration: travel, entertaining, my dogs, the daily rituals and the special moments. This is a very personal collection, and is essentially an extension of who I am.“

Signature pieces and Fulk favorites include the afore-mentioned Quilted Leather Sectional, Retriever Ice Bucket and Bar Tools, Graphic Applause Sign, Brass Bar Cart and Giraffe Bust, among others. In addition to unique designs, Fulk also shares his tips for how to host a magical event with style on PotteryBarn.com.

We can’t wait to share this exciting new collection with our customers and bring a bit of Ken’s magic touch to our customer’s homes.”
