'''Question #1''': When browsing images there appear to be pages missing and I can only find part of the family. How do I find the image for the remainder of the family?
'''Answer #1''': In the United States Census, 1850 records there are many instances where the enumerator jumped back and forth between townships. In some cases part of the family is listed on the bottom of one page in a particular township and the remainder of the family is on the top of the next page, but under a different township. In this case the next page, or previous page, with the remainder of the family will not come up because of the different township. By doing a search for an individual in a family the whole family will be listed on the Record Details page. You can then click on any member of the family to view the appropriate image.

'''Question #2''': When searching for a family in Mansfield, Warren, New Jersey I find that children from one family are listed with another. Where are the missing children?
'''Answer #2''': It appears that this particular part of the collection was filmed back to front. Therefore if a family is split, meaning that part of the family was recorded on the bottom of one page and part on the top of next page, you must scroll backwards to find the other part of the family. For example suppose the parent and two children are listed at the bottom of the page on image 6. Normally you would use the arrow to move to image 7 and there you will find the remainder of the children from this family. In this section, you will need to use the arrow to move back to image 5 and you will find the children listed at the top of the image on that page.

'''Question #3''': The records for Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Spring Garden Ward 5-7 are missing. Are they available?
'''Answer #3''': These missing wards can be found on Film #444787 which can be ordered and viewed at a local FamilySearch (previously Family History) Center. The images on this film which FamilySearch received from NARA (National Archives and Records Administration) are very poor quality. HeritageQuest has much nicer images from these NARA rolls. You can probably access Heritage Quest through your FamilySearch center or from many public libraries. Be sure to call the [https://familysearch.org/locations FamilySearch Center] or the library before you go to see if they have access to HeritageQuest.
