Beautiful sterling silver personalized, engraved round pendant with beautiful sterling silver charm accent. Pendant measures roughly 18mm and includes a 14" or 16" sterling silver box chain (shown in the first picture) with lobster clasp closure. Backside may be engraved witha special message, scripture, special occasion/date or special message.

We ask for a Request by Date so we are able to make sure we ship your order to arrive in time for your special occasion or event. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, but we can ship as early as the same day if need be (yes, that includes engraved items). Again, that’s why we ask for a request by date. Please convo if you are in doubt, I generally answer all convos within 30 minutes - an hour between the hours of 6am CST and midnight CST.
♥ Shipping ♥
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery confirmation unless requested otherwise. We can also ship via UPS and FedEx upon request, although the fees may be higher. We are also able to ship via USPS EXPRESS Mail for guaranteed 1-2 day delivery. If you would like an alternate shipping method, please convo me and I can set up a custom listing for you.
International shipping varies. We ship USPS International Priority and the average shipping timeframe is anywhere between 7-14 business days; longer delivery delays are possible if items are held in customs, which is out of my control. You may also be responsible for duties and taxes. I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the Postal Service. Therefore, if you are purchasing an item for international shipment, you are agreeing to the terms above.
♥ Returns & Exchanges ♥
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact me and we will work out a solution. Personalized items and engraved items are non-returnable unless there is an error on my end, in which case I will be more than happy to accommodate you by correcting the error and reshipping your item or processing a refund for you. Shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All of my beaded jewelry in individually handcrafted to order right here in Houston, TX, USA. I only use REAL freshwater pearls, genuine .925 sterling silver chains, charms, beads, clasps and findings, sparkling (lead safe) Swarovski® crystals and colorful lead safe jade beads.

All items are packaged and ready for gifting. If you would like to include a personalized gift note, please let me know upon checkout. International orders may be package in gift pouches instead of gift boxes in order to save on your shipping costs.
