Sunduza is a 34' racer/cruiser, with a PHRF rating of 78. She was rebuilt in 2021 based on a Mirage 338 hull. She was stripped down to the bare hull and everything was replaced. Our sailboat, the Bayfield 29 (Neeru Naayi, which means "Otter" in Kannada), was designed by Ted Gozzard and built in Bayfield, Ontario, Canada. Its purpose-built for comfortable cruisingcapable of handling bluewater passages, coastal sailing, and even the rough Great Lakes, known for their 10-foot waves and sudden storms. With its classic fibreglass hull, clipper bow, sweeping sheer line ending in a bowsprit, deep forefoot, full long keel with attached rudder, and cutter rig, the Bayfield 29 is both elegant and tough.
She was our first sailboat, and when we got her, we barely knew how to sail. But she was forgiving, kept us safe through some of the harshest Great Lakes conditions, and helped us become better sailors.
The Bayfield 29 is a solidly built vessel with a heavy displacement (around 8,500 pounds), offering a smooth and stable ride. Its shallow draft lets you anchor in many places, while the cutter rigfavoured for offshore cruisingprovides flexible sail handling for anything from light winds to storms. The keel-stepped mast adds to the boats structural integrity.
Unlike most boats of this size, the Bayfield 29 doesnt have a V-berth. That space is instead used for a larger head. Sleeping arrangements include two quarter-berths, a single settee berth to port, and a pull-out double berth to starboard, which is easy to set up. The spacious interior features a quality headliner, overhead grabrails, and sliding teak panels for privacy in the main saloon. The galley is to starboard with a two-burner Origo alcohol stove, while the port side houses the icebox and navigation stationeach with a quarter-berth behind.
Currently, we sail her across Lakes Michigan, Huron, and Superior. When not in use, shes moored at Sturgeon Bay.

WHITE ROSE is a 2004 Deep Keel Sabre 426, known for its performance, comfort, and craftsmanship. Designed by Jim Taylor and built in Maine, she is the epitome of a performance oriented racer cruiser, ready and able to race to Hawaii or cruise to Tahiti. She has a new, robust, autopilot as well as Hydrovane wind vane steering equipment. Her rod rigging is was completely replaced in 2022. A lightweight carbon spinnaker pole supports wing on wind sailing downwind as well as a symmetrical spinnaker. A removable inner forestay supported by running backstays allows a balanced and fast sail plan in windy conditions. Sails are in good condition. She is supremely comfortable and easy to sail short handed even in strong winds and big seas.
WHITE ROSE has a spacious, well-appointed interior, designed for comfort and practicality and featuring warm finishes with elegant joinery. LED fixtures provide good illumination after dark.
The salon has port and starboard settees, with a folding table to maximize space. four opening ports, a large hatch and two Dorades provide excellent ventilation. There are conveniently placed hand holds throughout the salon.
The forward cabin has a large V-berth. Several large drawers, a cupboard, a hanging locker, and lockers beneath the berth provide ample storage. There is a large hatch and an opening port for ventilation.
The aft cabin has a double berth, three overhead lockers and a hanging locker. There are two opening port lights, and an overhead hatch. Additional storage is available beneath the berth.

Getting rid my Catalina 22 in favor of a larger cruiser, suited for the type of sailing I want to do. She's free if you can come get her, but if there are no takers I'll be scrapping her soon.
I'll add some of the known issues, things which make her unfit for extended cruising:
- There's some moisture in the deck, to what extent I'm unsure.
- The swing keel is loose around the pivot pin. This is a common Catalina 22 issue.
- The motor mount is aging, and should be replaced soon.
- The halyards are also aged and could use replacing.
- Some of the wood is aging and breaking apart.
- There is crazing on much of the deck, and stress cracking in a few spots.

First owned by Steele Griswold - former owner of Shelburne Shipyard - Mame is a heavily modified Tartan-41. The hull and deck were ordered unfinished from Tartan Marine in 1974 and delivered to the Shelburne Shipyard where the interior and teak toe rail were installed to Mr. Griswolds specifications.
The Tartan 41 was designed by Sparkman & Stephens (S&S) at the request of Charlie Britton, founder of Tartan Marine, Co., who was eager to produce a boat that could compete with the new Nautor Swans. Both were designed by S&S and are almost identical versions of the custom racing sloop Morning Cloud commissioned by Sir Edward Heath.
Midway through her racing career Steel Griswold, an engineer by training and a former P-38 fighter pilot hired S&S to oversee the modification of the hull and rudder. The original skeg and rudder were removed, and a new rudder designed to resemble the wing of a P-38 was installed about a foot further aft. The underbody was completely faired with a finer entry forward, and the keel was lengthened to over 7 feet. Two blocks of lead were also removed from the keel to lighted the boat. The mast is a custom tall rig double spreader with Navtec rod rigging and hydraulics.
The boat was repowered, and a teak cockpit installed by the second owner complete with Harken electric winches and Raymarine electronics as well as roller furling, windlass, and anchor bow roller.
Mame has had a remarkable racing career on Lake Champlain and is still regarded with admiration by the local racing crowd and boat aficionado.

This is hull number 3233 of 3450 built, so unlike earlier hull numbers, it features the later clamshell interior with the nicely finished ceiling, upgraded interior woodwork, improved rudder internal components and the wider coping around the cockpit so you can sit comfortably when heeled. The owner was specifically looking for a Vega and went so far as to have boats surveyed as far away as Newfoundland before finding this gem. Long Beach slips are available in this and adjacent marinas. This keelboat can take you anywhere or you can coastal cruise in ultimate safety. Under 4' draft and a long keel means you can sail offshore, cross oceans and anchor and make passage where other boats cannot go. Albin Vega 27s have been featured in several books, including Log of the Mahina by John Neal.The Vega is also a recommended boat in John Vigors book Twenty Small Sailboats to Take You Anywhere.

This 1988 44 ft Brewer Ketch is looking for her next captain. She has traveled the Atlantic Intercoastal Waterway often and has sailed to Mexico, the Bahamas and Belize. Her 85-year-old semi-retired Captain has made upgrades and repairs (supporting records included) this year to help make her ready for new adventures with a new captain.
Wild Oats has a fiberglass hull and is 44 by 13.5 feet; she draws 5 feet with the swing keel up and 9 feet with it down. She is equipped with rod rigging, aluminum masts (62ft main) with climbing steps on the main and an aft mast, built in boarding ladder at the stern, 16 stainless steel ports, five hatches, and fiberglass decks have cetol coated wood trim. The interior includes a navigation center, and a galley with a new stainless-steel sink/faucet (2021), a three-burner propane stove w/oven (two newer 10 lb. tanks), top and front opening refrigerator (recently serviced). There is also a salon, with sofas on both sides of the center that convert into berths, two cabins and two heads with Corian counters. The aft captain's cabin head includes a small bathtub, and the forward cabin has direct access to the forward head. Storage under sofas, in the galley, closets and various cabinets throughout.

Jade Lady was designed by George Sutton, the renowned steel boat builder (Sutton Boat Works) of Tarpon Springs, FL during the 70's and 80's. Jade Lady has rounded bilges (rolled steel) - a very special and unusual feature on steel boats of this size, most of which are hard chine, making her a dream to sail. An ultrasound was done on the boat in November of 2019 with no problems noted.
Virtually every system on the boat was updated in 2013-2014 and has been used primarily for day sailing and short trips since 2013. Recent updates includes, new wiring throughout the vessel, a new fuel system, all new PVC pressure-fitting plumbing system, new exhaust hoses, new through hull fittings, a Fireboy fire suppression system in the engine room. There are two new VacuFlush heads and new sink faucets. The standing rigging has been updated, and the newer sails have seen little use. Recently Jade Lady had a new hot water tank and shower sump pump in 2020, and all new reverse cycle heat and AC and all new Garmin electronics in 2021. 2005 Barnstable Cat 12 4 Sailboat
In very good condition, Howard Boats built this fiberglass (blue gelcoat) version of the famous Beetle Cat sailboat. It is the same as the original in every respect except for the fiberglass hull and deck. It is a sturdy, dry boat, and sails like a dream. A number of upgrades have been made to itmost notably a carbon fiber mast sleeve has been added so it can be trailed fully rigged, with launch taking less than 10 minutes. An electric outboard motor bracket attaches to the starboard aft side deck; Spectra shrouds have been added and white PVC gunwhale guard was added at the gunwhales; additional cleats were added to the deck surface; halyard rigging was added to the top of the foredeck; a drain plug was added to insure drainage during winter storage. Includes a cockpit/ sail cover. A Galvanized trailer in good condition with new lighting is also included. The sail is serviceable but, it does have a proper repair. I installed a 12" Ray-marine E120 multi screen (so now have 2 GPS's) with a 24 mile radar, AIS enabled, a DM300 top of the line Sonar (can peer down 2000 feet
I also replaced the Mast, had to spice, too long, with all new shrouds and all wiring and mast hardware (some used from other mast) with 2 LED flood lights, all brand new Shrouds and turnbuckles, new antenna and all new mast lights. Also installed a "Mast Spinnaker Rail track", included is a 12' Pole and 21 s/s mast steps to the top. rewired completely. First class!
This is a 1981 Coastal Cruiser, and strong enough for Ocean passages in my view
Sail away ready!! You need to do some very minor maintenance work (If I don't get to it first). This is not a lemon, its ready and family safe!!
I should also mention (I forgot) that all my cushions are made with "Marine Grade" foam, blue color vs the cheaper brown production boat foam. It is 4 times more expensive as its mildew proof. All foam cushions sealed with plastic covering to protect from spills and sunbrella water resistant covering, all S/S staples used where wood backing is used, high grade vinyl heavy duty zippers and high grade heavy duty Velcro. This adds thousands in value!

We've owned and loved this boat for over 5 years now. It sails well, easily handled and has an extremely reliable 16 HP freshwater cooled Yanmar diesel. It sips fuel and runs like a top.
Below deck, it has the largest cabin I've ever seen on a 30-foot boat. Large settee, V-berth and huge aft cabin for storage.
We've comfortably sailed this boat with our toddler all throughout the New York area, the LI sound and Block Island. But alas, we are having one more and are sizing up for our growing family.
Besides the engine, much of the important gear on this boat is new. There is easily $15k worth of upgrades to the boat.
However, boat work is never finished, there are a few minor and cosmetic issues that I have yet to address.
- Plumbing to bathroom is not yet fixed.
- Small chip in companionway slats.
- Kuuma hot water heater not yet installed, but included with sale.
I am pricing it low for a quick sale in order free up our mooring for our new boat.

Wildwood is an iconic Chuck Paine designed Morris Frances 26. Repurchased and completely refit to new standards in 2001 by Morris Yachts founder Tom Morris for his personal yacht. Tom gave her many personal touches, including a new Nanni diesel and unique Harken mainsheet arrangement. From her bronze hawes pipes fore and aft to her Hinckley style flush mounted portlights, she is as delightful to look at as she is to sail. Wildwood was a cover girl for Morris Yachts in promotional materials. She also appears on pg 97 of Ferenc Mates Best Boats.
I bought her in 2012 and had her (including spars) awlgripped in Kingston Gray and White. I also had a Morris bow pulpit, SS lifelines, dodger w/ SS handrails, full winter cover and many other upgrades at that time. She has only been in fresh water (Lake Champlain and Lake Ontario)since I bought her.
Wildwoods 50% ballast ratio makes her incredibly stiff and she is also surprisingly quick. Misc. age related medical stuff have prompted me to part with a boat that has been the very definition of Pride and Joy. Her next caretaker will know exactly what I mean. You cannot walk away from her without turning around for just one more look.
Wildwood has been lovingly cared for, and it shows.

2007 Beneteau 343 Shoal draft, modern electronics, new sails, and very lightly used. We chose the CSY due to safety, space, displacement, and the fact there is no wood coring in the hull or deck. The CSY is a heavy displacement 36,000 lb boat built to very safe standards, one of the few brands that were unaffected by blisters due to the oil shortage and poor resins of the era, so they never suffered the blistering and many other problems of many older boats. They can handle rough seas when other light boats would make you sick, however they are surprisingly fast and nimble. While this can be a very capable and comfortable bay cruiser and overnighter, this is an ideal world cruising boat, specifically we wanted to travel to the South Pacific.
She will need work, cosmetic and more, priced accordingly. Boom and clubfoot are here, so is the rigging, just needs to be installed.

Sturdy well maintained freshwater trailer sailor ready to go. Selling due to purchase of a larger boat for extended cruising. If I had the time to keep and sail both I would, but I'd rather someone else continue to enjoy and take care of her.
Background:
Purchased 3 years ago (saw very little use with previous owner since 2013). Do not have a complete history, but based on conversations with PO and documentation aboard there is evidence of 3 owners including me. Have been to the Florida Keys (Marathon) twice and a trip to the Puget Sound (Olympia to Port Townsend). At cruising weight (tools, provisions, etc), boat & trailer weighs 7000lbs. Highway towing with a stock 5.7L 2011 Toyota Tundra 4x4 maintaining posted speed limits is not an issue.
Heavy, but does sail well in winds above 8kts. Have been out single handing sustained mid-high 20s with gusts into 30s and felt safe. Settles in at about 10 degrees heel angle. Received second place in the 2023 Lake Pueblo Sailing Club Commodores Cup w/ PHRF rating of 312. Overall:
No soft spots. All portlights and hatches seal completely (no leaks). Some hairline gelcoat cracks typical of age but no excessive crazing. Fuel tank removed for inspection and in serviceable condition but never used. I use a small aux tank located in lazarette (estimate .15-.2 gallons per hour based on logs). Water tank removed for inspection and repair, replaced with 29 gal flexible (removable) water bladder with vented/pressurized electric faucet in galley.
Engine:
Starts and runs without issue. Yanmar YSB-8 with 400 hrs. Note: purchased with hour meter inop. PO replaced old engine with (290 hr freshwater engine). I have detailed hours mx logs, which is what I use to keep track of current hours.

Emma, is a beautiful 17'6" gaff-rigged sloop, built 1983 by Hollingsworth, Bellingham, WA.
A small yacht built on the lines of a Connecticut river shad boat. Showed in the Wooden Boat Festival 2023, took 9th place in the 26' under race. Great rowing, excellent sailing, camping, cruising. Responsive and easy to sail, moves along in light winds but also sports a set of reef points when the wind picks up - well balanced.
Fir/yellow cedar on oak frames, mahogany thwarts, stern seat, centerboard trunk, rub rails, shear strake and transom. Yellow cedar deck, oak combing, VG spruce floorboards.
Comes with main/jib sails (great condition), single set of reef points, boat cover, sail cover, boom tent for camping, trailer (2023 rewired), outboard electric trolling motor, 2 AGM batteries- electric panel system, automatic bilge pump, bumpers, mooring lines, wooden boat appraisal (for insurance purposes/port slip criteria), registration up to date for boat and trailer. Repainted 2023, 2024 - topsides and bottom, 2025 revarnished deck.
Located in our marina for the summer/fall sailing.

Amaryllis is a very well equipped E32. We built her for traveling the Caribbean. She is due a bottom job this year (2025) and also ready for topside paint again, price reflects those projects still needing to be done.
Sails are new, main has been used 5 times, headsail only 15... We had a custom swim platform and dodger added in 2019. Chartplotter is stowed below, so it's in perfect condition and includes C-Map for entire US and Caribbean (over $500).
We simply do not sail her enough so it's time to let someone else enjoy this amazing girl.
