कोविड-19 में रोका गया 18 माह का डीए बकाया – सरकार ने लोकसभा में दिया जवाब: 

कोविड-19 महामारी के दौरान केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों के महंगाई भत्ता (DA) और महंगाई राहत (DR) के 18 महीनों के बकाये को लेकर लोकसभा में सवाल उठाया गया। यह प्रश्न श्री आनंद भदौरिया द्वारा पूछा गया था, जिसका जवाब वित्त राज्य मंत्री श्री पंकज चौधरी ने दिया।

कोविड-19 महामारी के समय, केंद्र सरकार ने 01 जनवरी 2020, 01 जुलाई 2020 और 01 जनवरी 2021 से लागू होने वाले तीन किश्तों का डीए/डीआर रोक दिया था। इसका कारण था – महामारी के चलते आर्थिक गतिविधियों में भारी गिरावट और सरकारी वित्तीय स्थिति पर दबाव।

Railway Board vide their letter dated 3.12.2024 quoted above have advised that in pursuance of the Order dated 06.09.2024 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court referred above, action may be taken to allow the increment on 1st July/1 January to the Central Government employees who retired/are retiring a day before it became due i.e. on 30th June/31st December and have rendered the requisite qualifying service as on the date of their superannuation with satisfactory work and good conduct for calculating the pension admissible to them.

Attention is drawn to Board's letter referred above wherein clarification has been issued regarding the posting of employees of Commercial Department in the merged cadre/segregated cadre based on the date of issuance of orders. Further, it was advised that clarification on the issue related to staff who applied for transfer prior to the merger of cadre and whose orders were issued after the merger (i.e. 22.02.2018) is under consideration.

चित्तरंजन लोकोमोटिव वर्क्स (CLW) भारतीय रेलवे के लिए विद्युत लोकोमोटिव (Electric Locomotives) बनाने वाली देश की प्रमुख और सबसे बड़ी इकाई है। यह पश्चिम बंगाल के चित्तरंजन कस्बे में स्थित है, जो झारखंड की सीमा से लगा हुआ है। आसनसोल से लगभग 32 किलोमीटर और कोलकाता से करीब 237 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर फैला यह विशाल कारखाना भारतीय औद्योगिक आत्मनिर्भरता का प्रतीक है।

इतिहास की शुरुआत: एक सपना जो साकार हुआ

भारत के योजनाकारों ने आज़ादी से पहले ही एक स्वदेशी लोकोमोटिव निर्माण कारखाने का सपना देखा था। 1930 के दशक में हम्फ्रीज़ और श्रीनिवासन नामक समिति को यह जांचने का काम सौंपा गया कि देश में लोकोमोटिव निर्माण इकाई बनाना संभव और आर्थिक रूप से व्यावहारिक है या नहीं।

रेलवे ने 1 जुलाई 2025 से रेल यात्रियों के लिए मूल किराया तर्कसंगत बनाया

 

साधारण श्रेणी में 500 किलोमीटर तक कोई वृद्धि नहीं; 501 से 1500 किलोमीटर की दूरी के लिए 5 रुपये और 2500 किलोमीटर तक की दूरी के लिए 10 रुपये तथा 2501 से 3000 किलोमीटर की दूरी के लिए 15 रुपये की वृद्धि

 

 

 

किराया संरचनाओं को सुव्यवस्थित करने और यात्री सेवाओं की वित्तीय स्थिरता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से, रेल मंत्रालय ने 01 जुलाई 2025 से यात्री ट्रेन सेवाओं के मूल किराए को युक्तिसंगत बना दिया है। संशोधित किराए भारतीय रेलवे सम्मेलन संघ (आईआरसीए) द्वारा जारी अद्यतन यात्री किराया तालिका पर आधारित हैं।
