Attendify Leads, the socially enabled lead retrieval solution

The traditional lead generation solutions are broken. Exhibitors either collect business cards, fill out paper lead forms or use lead scanners to capture leads. These old techniques simply don’t gather enough data, and none of these options provide exhibitors with real-time behavioral information about prospects, so they can connect and engage on a deeper level.

Attendify Leads connects analog old-school Lead Scanning practice with today’s reality, where events are becoming more and more social. The solution is easy to set up, it provides custom surveys creation, real-time social notification and intelligent engagement tools. Attendify Leads is a standalone app that does not require an internet connection to process leads so it can be used in any venue even without a wireless network.

Electric Ireland #StayHappy AR Experience by  Verve, The Live Agency
Watch video

Electric Ireland, Ireland’s largest energy provider, was determined to bring life to their #StayHappy campaign with a fun and engaging experience at the National Ploughing Championships, Europe’s largest agri fair. This is Europe’s largest outdoor agricultural fair attracting 400,000 people over 4 days. Verve used AR technology to create a fun and engaging experience that would draw people into Electric Ireland’s tent.

Verve created 5 different AR scenes that users could interact with – driving a tractor; a tropical beach; a football stadium; a field with two friendly cows. In addition, there was a bonus scene where a “Winner” graphic appeared, and the user was handed a spot prize. The whole process was extremely smooth and took about 60 seconds. The AR experience was displayed on a 4m LED screen.

Once a user left the stage, a brand ambassador took their phone number and email address. Photos of the consumer in the middle of the action were instantly branded and then sent to the recipient via email or text. People were then encouraged to share this image on social media for a chance to win a prize. For those participants who shared their photos, there was a social media competition.

Over the course of the three days of the National Ploughing Championships, the organisers took 1800 #StayHappy selfies and shared these with the consumers. Over 200 photos were shared on social media which reached over 6000 people. By rolling out this experience, Electric Ireland successfully attracted and engaged with visitors, generated leads and social media reach.

TapCrowd, an etouches company
Watch video

TapCrowd is a state-of-the-art multi-event app that syncs with etouches modules and attendee information.

The app acts as the main information hub for an event where users can access general information, news & social feeds, exhibitor lists, personal agendas, exhibition floorplans and more. Event planners can also use TapCrowd to communicate with attendees via push notifications and personal messages.

Secondly, the app can help foster engagement and interaction during speaker sessions with live polls, Q&A and ratings. The matchmaking feature, along with private attendee messaging within the app helps match like-minded attendees to meet their networking goals, even prior to the event. To do this, an event planner, for example, might ask questions about attendees’ networking goals during the registration process. Once attendees are connected through the app, they can select unique meeting placed in the app’s interactive event floor plan.

TapCrowd can truly be customized to customer’s requirements. From the basics of having an app’s interface match an event’s look and feel, to picking and choosing the best features to use, event planners can make each app tailored to each event’s unique needs, style and audience.

TapCrowd can also be customized for each specified attendee role. Clients will work to define a set number of roles for their attendees, and during the registration process their roll would be selected. For each role, a comprehensive set of features and content can be prepared and activated within the event app, available when the user logs in. For example, a sponsor would not see the same content as an executive level attendee. This leads to higher adoption and engagement rates.

The etouches professional services team is also available to help clients with every step of the app building process. Finally, TapCrowd is data-oriented so that event planners can capture, measure and analyze important data with the ROI dashboard and detailed reports.

VHI Women’s Mini Marathon Wall of Support by  Verve, The Live Angency
Watch video

The Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon (WMM) is the largest all-female event of it’s kind in the world with approximately 40,000 women running 10K for their chosen charity or for their own personal fitness goals. Vhi Healthcare wanted to create a way for spectators and runners to interact with each other during the event. Verve created an innovative solution which displayed personal messages on a 6m screen to runners using an RFID & web based system.

The “Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon Wall of Support” allowed runners, & friends/family of runners to leave messages of support using the official website. Each runner’s race number badge had an RFID chip embedded already to track their race time. A custom software that stored these messages & associated them with runners by detecting a runner’s number when passing a sensor. Runners who did not have a personal message written for them were displayed a generic message with their name mentioned. EG: “GO MARY SMITH – from Vhi”

The website captured 2300 personal messages which were displayed as participants approached the support wall screen during the race. Throughout the race, a total of 7000 messages were displayed.

The initiative not only gave a moral boost and motivation to runners 8km into a 10km race but also tied into the Vhi Healthcare brand sponsorship. “When you need us, we’re there”. Both the message capture website and screen itself were fully branded as Vhi to increase the client’s footprint. The initiative was promoted on facebook and was also live on iPad stations at various race number collection points across the country in the run up to the race. When runners spotted their personal message on screen, it made them smile, and many people stopped mid race to take a photo of their personal message.

Vhi as well as other potential clients have already expressed interest in the solution for future events, and Verve is planning to expand its use with bigger screens, more sensors and more message capture.
