As a Loading Bay Operative based in our busy depot, you will play an important role in ensuring that all parcels are loaded and unloaded from the various vehicles and routed to the correct locations in time for end of sort. You will use scanning equipment to scan inbound and outbound consignments ensuring audit and traceability through our network, reporting any packaging issues and rectifying issues where possible in line with our Not Fit to Travel scheme. You will play an important part to our scheme by identifying packaging that is not in line with our company standards and separate them accordingly.
You will be part of a fast paced team in a highly critical role which can be physically demanding at times, communication is key to your success and the smooth running of the Depot.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do so by delivering a great operational experience you are ensuring our customers receive their parcels on time and in great condition. You will also be supplied with full uniform, steel toe cap boots and a high visibility jacket.

Up to 1 years service - £340.86 per week
At 1 years service - £344.76 per week
