RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT/ACCOUNT MANAGER

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Due to expansion, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us in the capacity of an Account Manager. You will be responsible for servicing the recruitment needs from new and existing clients on a day to day basis, however, you will also be responsible for strategically expanding existing clients to increase revenue.
This is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned Recruiter who is looking for a position that does not require Cold Calling but enjoys the candidate attraction and account management aspects of the recruitment cycle.
We operate within the Commercial Recruitment sector which includes vacancies such as, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Contact Centre, Administration/Business Support, Management etc.
The recruitment of the Account Manager position is part of a wider expansion plan, therefore, it's an excellent time to discuss an opportunity with a business that is really going places.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* 12 months experience working as a Recruitment Consultant within a recruitment agency environment is essential
* Strong Account Management skills
* Excellent candidate sourcing and attraction skills
* A keen eye for quality and detail
* Career driven with commercial awareness
* Computer literate
WHAT DO WE OFFER:
* A starting salary between £20,000 to £24,000 with an achievable_ & realistic earning potential of £42,000 +
